questions which bots could actually able to answer it out which is something not really a big of an issue.Although there are some circumstances which it does need
some real human intervention or communication which it would really be much preferred if there are platforms who do offer 24/7 but we know
that we arent that robots which could stay aware unless if there are some shifting in between staffs.
It is not that difficult as long as the platform has enough resources to handle it. A platform can hire several persons who can work as support with shifting system. It can be 2-3 support agents per day, so basically a platform do not need to much support agents to handle 24/7. I think 3-5 persons is enough but the more is better as some of them may need to break for holiday or for other things IRL.

I believe that depending on the situation, it is even plausible to insert some type of bots in the support, but sometimes I believe that human intervention will be necessary, as already mentioned.
