I think of my kind Japanese nieces (kids of my sister in law) and the happy memories we shared every time I think of Japan. Kudos to their Filipina mother for instilling some Filipino values. Their visit last month still proved that no language barrier can prevent you from showing your appreciation between two cultures.

As far as I know Japan is a country that upholds cultural values. The Japanese are also notoriously friendly, if you visit there and you are not fluent in English is not a big deal for the people there, the most important thing is you can keep the decency.
The Japanese are also disciplined, and they always develop the queue.
The workaholic, I think it's normal for some people there because for them time is everything.
