Either a lucky early adopter or someone who spent a lot of his money on buying bitcoins.

1000 bitcoins, shut up.

maybe it's good to call him millionare because if the bitcoins convert to fiat money, it will be million of dollars.

$400 * 1000BTC is only 400 grand though. The only time 1000 BTC was worth more than a million dollars was when the price was over $1000

Someone with a million dollars, euros, pounds or pesos is a millionaire. No one (Okay maybe Satoshi) has a million Bitcoins and probably never will.

So what's someone with BTC1000 called? A thousandaire? There's got to be a better name. 'Bitcoin Whale' is just so meaningless and some people don't consider BTC1000 a whale anyways.

What should we call a Bitcoin thousandaire?
its not important, but i think look nice if we have predicate to people who have more than 1000 bitcoin,i suggest to call "bitcoin master" for they who have more than 100 bitcoin, and "bitcoin hardcore" for they who have bitcoin more than 500,and "bitcoin king" who have bitcoin more than 1000 Grin what do you think??

I usually call them "Big People", because they have a big amount of Bitcoin.
There are two possibilities, they can be someone who bought so much Bitcoin or they are the one who keep them from the first when the price is low.

I would call him The King Of The World, as 1000 btc is too much to hold and if he converts to fiat then he gonna be millionaire for sure, and he is also lucky to hold that amount in his wallet.

The Pharmacist

"Successful scammer"

Cheesy Thanks for the laugh. Unfortunately it might be the truth in many cases.

Early adopters should have at least more than 1000btc so if that guy is has just recently got 1000btc to his wallet, you might wanna call him "lucky fuck".
maybe from gambling or have made a online business work.

Early adopters might have 1000 Bitcoin but most early adopters lost their bitcoins long ago to an incredibly large amount of scams left and right with all kind of shady or very serious looking investments. Even when they started a bitcoin business they would need some luck with it. Often it did not work out.

I think he would have 100,000,000,000 satoshies. So satoshi billionaire would sound fine to me. Cheesy

Commonly he can be called as a bitcoin billionaire. How much he has doesn't matter only the value of all the Bitcoins will be calculated to describe how rich he is
Well that is as of now, but when bitcoin gets recognized as a major currency you won't have to do the conversion anymore. Right now bitcoin depends on the conversion rate, but that won't be true anymore when enough people are using it.

I think I'm gonna call him a bitcoi billionaire like what others call someone who has tons of BTC. Regardless of the 000 he has he is rich.
Also the other guy is right, if the guy has those coins when btc was like below $20 an still has them up today then he is a luck man.

Well I would say, 1.000.000.000 bits = < Bitcoinaire > but that would sound weird and people would think he or she has 1 000 000 Bitcoins. I would just call him or a her filthy rich. We also have a name for a period of 1000 years. 1000 years is called a millennium. A millennium would be the equal to 10 centuries, or 100 decades.

We need to make up a name between a millennium and Bitcoin to math the description.

Good question and cool and interesting answer given here.

I would call a person with 1000 BTC and true Bitcoiner. One need to invest a lot of time and/or money before they can have 1000 BTC. Even hackers need to spend time programming and hacking a wallet. If obtained legally, I would call him/her true Bitcoiner. However if obtained in a unethical, no matter how many Bitcoin, I would call him/her a fake Bitcoiner - unless he/she reveal how it was hacked and gave the Core developer ways to fix. Smiley.
