It is obvious there are more billionaire in Cryptocurrency market unlike it was before. Bitcoin may not be crazy low like it was in 2018/2019. And at the same time, we are gradually entering into bear market and bear market is the best time to build your portfolio with potential coin for the next circle of Bull market!
Yeah, It's true you never see like bear market in 2018! If you want to invest here just wait for deep and when you find better entry than pick your favorite coin or token
I think you should build portfolio when market is dipping. If you have enough money then you can buy now some profitable and good volumes coin cz market is little dipping. I think This year December Altcoin price will be more increase. 2018 and 2021 crypto market and price huge different cz Crypto price increase day by day.I hope it will be continue 2021 and next year.

I also acquired some of Stakenet's XSN along the way. I'm extra bullish on this one. With the amount of developments currently taking place on this project, I've got a feeling it will going to soar big time in the coming months.

but as you said the number of institutions entering the crypto industry can make the market stronger. because they don't go in and then sell them when they make a profit. Most of the big people and institutions are targeting the benefits of crypto itself that can be implemented on their platform.
we are in market conditions that are clearly different from the past. but crashes, it could happen.

The best time to build a portfolio is when the market is dipping, but anytime when you have the fund is always a good idea, and on your second question, we cannot tell with certainty that the bear market will be dipping as what happens in 2018, market crash with bad news and go up if there are adoptions and good news, the market depends on what the news is bringing to the community, and how the investors react.

The same way crypto are gaining adoption on a dailies are the same way critics keeps spreading. But those who spread critics got no idea of how crypto helps both the individuals and communities.

In my opinion, the decline in crypto prices every year is not always at the same level, even I think the bear market is also not so dominant, due to the volatility of crypto prices which makes more and more investors adopt crypto, therefore I am very sure that the crypto market will recover soon.
As for me, I could personally advise you to buy during this dip. It isn't late for you to build your own portfolio yet but you have to be skeptical in picking a coin because not all altcoins could recover during the dip. Top coins would be the best choice especially for those who have a strong foundation already.

Yes it is a good time . Start by observing the market.
nope , i dont think btc will ever fall to 2000$ anymore, perhaps 20k range.
I will give you a good piece of advice tho.
When a currency such as bitcoin is falling / dipping then wait it out. Wait untill you see some real growth untill you invest. You might miss out on making a few quick %, but aswell you wont take the risk of dipping half your investment.

I also think that we don't see a bear market like the one from 2018 and 2019 again with very low prices of almost every coin and a total market cap of below 200 Billion $, because that would mean that we would see a dump to only 1/10th of the current marketcap and i can not imagine any reason or event, that could trigger a dump like that. I do think though that it is possible that we go close to or even below 1 Trillion $ of total market cap again, but this would still mean that we would be above the highest market cap of the last bullrun of 2018. We also have to consider though that we now have many more crypto projects out there than back in 2018 so the total market cap is spread between many thousands of projects.

if you used to read some news about the situation of the market after the bull run perhaps you know already that some experts really saying that the history of bearish will not repeat on this point. Whrein probably just mild or a correction.. So if i were you start to build your portfolio for the upcoming new trend of the market on this mid of the year.. 2. The bear market is hard to be the same as in 2018 because many investors already joined the crypto market and do not want to see their investment drops too deep.
Maybe the price can drop but not dropping so deep as the previous years. If the price is dropping too far, maybe that is just a pump and dump that always happens, but the price will be back to the current price.
If you want to invest in crypto, you need to make sure you analyze each coin so you do not buy the wrong coin.

There is a dump and pump that happens in the market and it never has the chance to stop this. Nor, I was to think that history repeats itself as the market has been hugely changing its momentum from time to time. In fact, we can obviously see it by now. Perhaps, it wasn't a big deal for me if ever the market will dump too bad like 2018, I'm afraid that people will get crazy and rushing the market to buy more. If that going to happen, then recovery will get too fast as I can imagine.
Pump and dump give us chance how to get it buy back and sell after pump, maybe many investor keep holding their assets although raise much profit, they keep mind will have new all time high again and never sell coin. I think is big mistake made by many investor, always have moment for bitcoin and altcoin with pump and dump, if get great chance when assets have higher price I think worth for selling, waiting when bitcoin dump to buy back. If you did like that you can take chance with every time to increase much profit and keep got daily or weekly profit with pump and dump for bitcoin and altcoin price moment. 1. For most investors it's really important because usually a good crypto investors are splitting their investment into several coins and they have to build a portofolio to control their total assets so it will make they manage their investment easier
2. No one know this but for me personally it will, because this year hype is already over and as we can see from the history, every all time high in a year there will be no more all time high in the whole year. We will see new big bull run in years ahead and it's the best time to invest.
I am sure that in the future the prices of top cryptocurrencies will certainly be even higher than now, but now not everyone will be able to invest in many top cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin, since not a lot of people now have 45k$, and in general, you can still invest in top cryptocurrencies now for a long term, since in a couple of years the prices of top cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ethereum will be much higher than at the moment, but about the bear market it is difficult to say when it will be and how long it will take and how this bear market will affect the cryptocurrency market, so for now we can only guess.

You should build your portfolio right away when you have funds to buy there are coins worth holding now even if we are in a bull run, the market has full of uncertainty we really never know when the bear or the bull market starts, buy the coin because of their potential whether we are in a bull or bear trend and always invest what you can afford to lose.
