actually I don't know about neo, but as far as I know the development is quite fast which only takes about two years to be what it is today, but now it seems that the neo position in the market is replaced by several altcoins, after being neo ranked 11th, but now neo is ranked 14th, no matter what is happening to neo, and whether this situation will survive in the long term or not.
