Eth is the best Altcoin, that's how I define ETH. Eth is doing well and will continue to do so( or maybe much better), in the upcoming years.
My decision is hold the ETH and my prediction in this year is the price will pump up again like last year. I believe on that so it worth to hold the ETH or buy again in today's price.

And what can one think of buying and waiting for another surge in prices in the market. And the development of the Eth is going at the fastest pace, and smart contracts are the future. 
eth is one of the coins in cryptocurrency that now has potential and a very good future, eth is now going to continue to run and grow along with increasing cryptocurrency demand. so i think eth will still occupy the best position in cryptocurrency.
some of the factors that make ethereum now grow for the better are because ethereum is now widely used as a platform for ico and this certainly helps a lot of people

I think that the Ethereum is the coin that should be hold for the long-term. Around Eth seychs there is a lot of ICO and this coin is heard by everybody. Thus, we should expect global growth, I think that due to its popularity, Ethereum will show new heights.
to my opinion, ETH is the most potential altcoin that can be used to replace BTC in the future, we should not sell ETH at all, but keep holding it for long term profit because ETH may rise very much in the future when btc gets weak, ETH is a very solid altcoin, thanks to that it has more chance to become the best cryptocurrency in the future.

Continue to hold until POS migration and i will believe if you will be seeing a big surprise when it will be moving to the POS (hybrid) system with no inflation. Ethereum just like a big bull to the bitcoin right now. When the total supply will have determined and it's just like a time bomb to the ethereum holders.

It seems to me that the owners of the Eth have no choice but to withhold and hope for great prices in the future. Although of course now it is better to buy cheaper coins that can give more growth for the same time and at the same time you can think about what strategy to follow, to invest further, or to bring them to the Fiat. 
Eth is my favorite currency,but Sometimes eth always down and it's gas price is too high so it's very disappointing for me.
I don’t think so that there is any other altcoin other than that of ETH who is having this much of the fame in the international market and above all, having this much of the investors who are busy in investing their money into it. However, this is just the beginning and that ETH will rise even higher in the future and that it will keep on helping the people in making their dreams come true.
I am still not sure what is the major difference between ETC and ETH when it comes to technology, the only difference i see now is different teams are monitoring their progress moving forward and i am not sure why i do not see any tokens created with ETC. I am not having a bullish future with ETH, i think it has some restrictions as a currency and that is the main hurdle for it not to go up like bitcoin. one word for eth is hold

. The only problem with ETH is that they are too centralized and experimental without any consensus, if they are moving from Proof of Work to Proof of Stake i might reconsider my position. Apart from the price i am just looking at the long term feasibility and growth and if they have a clear vision the price will automatically increase, i am looking at Vitalik's new paper about Casper which has a hybrid PoW/PoS system.
Ethereum is a solid coin, its not going to crash and burn to nothing.
Look at the coins that make up the Ethereum Alliance, there are some top class projects in there, each running on the Ethereum blockchain.
It will certainly have some competition from coins such as ADA and NEO once more projects are released on their chains, but that's good, we want to have a spread of blockchains to stop overloading the transactions.

Of course, ETH needs to continue to hold. This is a very good coin, which in my opinion is now underestimated. It seems to me that by the end of 2018, ETH will cost about $ 1,500.

One thing i understand about this currency is gaining more community support, because a lot of tokens nowadays are ERC20 based, so it means whether the market is down or not many are patronizing the platform, in due time it will soar in its price value, and still be the number 2 of coinmarketcap. Comparing the two, i hold both cryptocurrencies because of the lots of factors. By this time, ETH is falling in its prices, comparing the prices in previous months., but little by little they are going upward. This happenings in the market is normal, and will likely be normal in the long run. I suggest to HOLD it for now, because some predicts that it will going upward in the next few months. Having said that, ive read a lot of reviews on the internet that ETH will be more valuable in the next coming months.
Id say to myself, I HOLD this for some time., waiting the good sign from the market.

Many people predict that someday the value of Eth's price will increase, therefore I will keep it until later where the Eth value reaches the highest price, there I will get a profit.Personally I think that Ethereum is one of the best currencies to invest, and in a few months many will see their
true potential. Since you can invest in this moment and your money will increase throughout this year, in the long term.
Admittedly, there are competitors for eth as neo, eos but for a while eth will remain the leader among altcoins. At this point, it is the best platform for smart contracts, therefore the investment for a long term will definitely be profitable.
