If the reviews website don't really did their review on that particular casino that they are reviewing. It's best to consolidate and merge all of those legit and actual experiences of gamblers.

Why will a gambling casino make a review and still refuse to implement on what had been reviewed about concerning their platform, everyone has a general experience in gambling, but the purpose of starting of review is to help them know what and where they are to improve on in what they offer, some other gamblers as well will as well renders their own suggestions from general gambling as contributions to help the one they are reviewing about.

I hardly have read casino reviews; I don't use any unknown casinos TBH. Bitcointalk always remains the best source of information for me when picking up a casino. Nevertheless, I found gamblingbro.com as the best casino review as they want to give a better insight and real experience to their audience. Take an hour or two to check them out. Since they don't use any affiliate links (I guess), they are unlikely to be biased while writing a review for any casino.
I just had a look at your platform and read one review. TBH, it seems you are just another casino review platform with nothing different or unique information. That's where GamblingBro has some creativity and advantages over other casino review platforms.
This forum is indeed the best place for you to seek off with those informations that we are really that tending to seek off on which it would really be just that be worth because we do see that comments and suggestions or reactions of people out of this forum are really that real and not something biased but of course you should see on a specific user whether he could be trusted or not but in overall when community feedbacks do really give out on the same sentiment then it would be that safe to presume or assuming out that the information is really that legit. This is why im not really that a fan of reading up review sites.
If ever there would really be those review sites then the most common preference that we wanted to see is into those review sites which arent biased and having those good way on reviewing specially in depth review ones into those casinos that they are trying out to feature. People would be finding out to be odd if ever there would really be some shit review.

But it will take time, I think that everyone has answered it already and there's no need for that much reference to these reviews. As long as they are legit and real, that's all what matters to the viewers.

We all need honest gamblers or reviewers giving their feedback to the actual experience they've got.
Mostly we see a huge quantity of the referral links and some review, that tell us nothing about casino and sometimes promote scam casino. The other way is that all reviews looks the same and there is no information that can help the gambler to choose one of it.
It would be better to spend some time and research casino threads here. We can see the review, how the support works, and gamblers feedback.

I think they do not just copy paste the terms and conditions, all the customer support employee have or given by the team a copy.
which have answers for most frequent question like what is the minimum withdrawal, etc. type of question so they just send that copy as a answer. when our question is unique that they need to think about the answer and ask with colleagues or superiors. while checking reviews of a casino it is important to know about the customer support of the casino, it helps with our basic queries.
Then it looks like I had bad experience with support. Because on simple question like "why my withdrawal is taking so long, when it should be almost instant?" I got answer like "withdrawals might take some extra time" and immediately ask if my case is solved and give yes/no button. That does not help at all. I can read the same at sentence on withdrawal window. When I continue asking for more info, it turns out that I havent turned on 2FA, and without it, my withdrawal would be never completed. That is what I call a bad support. If casino have such support, that does not want to go deep in solving issue, then this should be pointed in review.
That shows how crucial it is for a service or a platform to have very good customer support for their customers because such lazy customer support representatives will make a lot of customers run away from the platform and join some other because when you can't inquire what the issue is to the customer so that you can provide a valid and useful answer, you are useless, and when the customer support is useless, no customer would want to use such a platform or service next time.

This is why I believe that marketing as the first and customer support as the second are the most important things for the success of any project in the world. I know that the project has to be good in itself but no matter how good the project or its products are, if it isn't perfect in the two areas I mentioned, it's barely going to make it among the competitors.

This is why how important the customer services in Avery platform cause like what you said above mate every gamblers what those casino have their fast and accurate customer services like if there's an issues they can take an actions immediately so that they can solve and for sure if casino will do that then there are many customers will go there and play cause they will know that casino has a good customer service..

It would be better if there were real reviews from real gamblers. If the users are real then the feedback will be real too whether the feedback is positive or negative. If you write it yourself then the reviews might not be perfect.
I think we can achieve that if a casino will run a review campaign in a reliable platform like bitcointalk. At least know know those user hat will give a feedback and if we trust their reputation, we would believe that what they are saying is true. Probably that's the reason why some casinos had run a review campaign in the forum and campaign managers made sure to hire users that are reputable as well.

Well, the main problem or obstacle I see with that approach is that having review campaigns in this forum may certain my help for the administrators of the casino to improve their service and attract people who already participate in this forum to try their casino, but carrying out a review campaign here won't help much to catch the attention to gamblers who are outsiders of this forums and still consider themselves to be gamblers.
If someone who does not use this forum tried to find review webpages for casinos (or any service in general) this forum won't appear among the first results in the search engine, people will stumble first with webpages like Trustpilot (which are not as reliable, because of factors I have already mentioned some posts ago).
That is why we can see there is a big investment by casinos to get advertisement in services like Blockchain explorers and sometimes even in the webs of wallet providers or sellers of gift cards, they need to appeal to the average cryptocurrency user without only depending on reviews done with subsections of forums like this one. Whether we like it or not, this forum is not so attractive or massive as other social media are, this is a format one needs to get used to before fully engage with.  Tongue

Btw already many users requested the common parts that they love to see in review sites, But I would like to add one thing review sites should continuously review the casinos and they should keep up to date with the reviews.

This part is really important as I can see most casinos are just leaving their past glory, and if there is to be a recent review of some casino, either from the review company or from individuals who make use of the casino, we will find out that most of their services have dropped to the minimum, from withdrawal fees, time, and cost to deposit and confiscation of winnings, and all manner of negative habits that, if brought to the public, new gamblers wouldn't want to try them out at all.

I come across some reviews whose last updates were a year to two years ago, which is already outdated. Some might have increased performance, and some might have added or removed new features, which is something that review sites should always take note of.

Many platform casino review source not from real gambler and most of them paid for reviewing their platform, I agree with you more interested looking for casino review from real gambler and they have experienced before with that casino between positive and negative viewed. I worry with some casino make offer paid review have impact with positive respond only and difficult find with negative review prefer for receiving payment only without sharing advantage or disadvantage from gambling sit.
I think some one not experience in gambling platform or not real gambler will get difficult to know about with honest review or not because they don't know about what casino platform reviewed.

The first thing would be to understand what is the user looking for in the sense of the general overview of the need: first timer, seasoned player or someone with little time to choose or more like looking for another platform. These people have different perspectives so my suggestion is to have different reviews or lists of sites for each of these users, particularly the length of the review.
Why would be needing to separate it out if everything could really be put up in place? Neither a noob or a veteran one could really be able to read it up all in regarding on the said platform.
It would really be saving up some time and effort to be made rather than on making those separate list or similar like this. So if you do prefer it out then its not that a bad idea either
but it would really that depending to someone whether they would really be having that enough time for them to have those categorization. For me, what matter the most is on
to those precise and honest reviews in the end of the day. We do really want or like about transparency and real time feedbacks on which we can really tell that it could be trusted or not.

I am usually interested in the following points in reviews - whether you need to pass KYC, the speed of processing deposits and withdrawals, the retention rate, how fast cryptocurrency transactions, the set and features of games, how often the same players win, and how quickly the casino solves the problems of players
How often do the players win? Come on buddy we both know the house will always win once the casino is transparent with their game result. That's if there's a seed to provide for all games for verification about the casino's honesty with their game result there's no need to check the time players win when everything is about luck.
About the KYC, we are on the verge where 98% of all casinos have a tier for KYC based on user deposit and withdrawal amount.
The thing is that,  if a player is skilled more than the house,  there is possibility that he beat the has as often as possible and that can be say to be a basis for the mate statement on what he wants to see,  as winning as often as possible this is why we have we look out for casinos with higher probability ratios.

Most times,  those casinos that have verifiable games tend to have low or none house edge and at that,  gamblers tend to make more winning depending on their skills and expertise.
For those games which are luck based then i would say that it is really that hard on beating up against the house, but if we do speak about strategic based then players could really be having that kind of chance. To those people who are really that able to win huge in luck based ones then they are really that considered to be extremely lucky on which it would really be just that normal that there would be those people who would be able to get out despite of those con's on dealing up too much with luck based ones. Going into the topic, when it comes to reviews and guides then it would be alwayds preferrable that information given where precise and correct and simply being honest. We have a couple of review and guide sites as of this moment on which i could say that its enough
and we dont really need even more.
Wiwo, Yes if the gambler is skilled more than the house there high chance of beating the house but this does not apply to all games, and for the record, this is only in the sports betting space, etc.  If you're talking about slot and other games. The house always wins.

Quidat, You're right but in the area of guide and review. I will advise you not to rely on the information most of this website provides cause everyone has a price and some of the reviews we see in today's gambling space are bought.

I am usually interested in the following points in reviews - whether you need to pass KYC, the speed of processing deposits and withdrawals, the retention rate, how fast cryptocurrency transactions, the set and features of games, how often the same players win, and how quickly the casino solves the problems of players

Maybe you get @Unbunplease wrong, I don't think he is referring to how profitable the casino is (how often people gain from them) but how fair and neutral a casino could be when their players are winning. Correct me if I am wrong but that is what I could decode judging by what he was driving at. This is true, and if you see it these days, the winning players are threats to casinos, so it will be a very good part of any good reviewers to include that. Only that it is not such that could be known beforehand but not until the player is testing that casino practically and such a player must be good to be able to be sure of it too. This is unless the player knows the people who use the casino before him.

For the records, there are many reasons why casinos could lay claims in order to kick you out, the KYC is part of them which I believe is one of the most popular antics of these companies. We all know that without it at a certain point, no one can withdraw their funds, so they leverage on this so much and might use it as an excuse when you are a regular winner or such that has the prospect of being a regular winner, you are definitely a threat in this conditions. Such casinos should be totally avoided, though most of them are doing it these days based on what I read regularly online which makes it difficult for people to even know what to do. Regardless, it might be a guide when reading reviews if the allegation in that regard is common. This might be a very good resaon for the person to flee for his dear money.
I know he trying to know how profitable gambling could but we both know that gambling should be seen as a game of chance until the player becomes a winner which is what I am trying to point out to him and how players can verify the casino game result genuinely with the inclusion of no escape of KYC once the player wins big.
Although, you see it as an excuse used by casinos but I will say that should be seen as an excuse only if it's not added to the casino KYC rules and regulations. Gamblers ignoring the reading of all the casino rules in detail makes them think it's just the casino trick not to pay their winning.

about how often the players win ? i think that is either in Players History to broadcast but not from the casino to make such statements because it is from the player itself to reveal.

but about all the points are valid and not to be debated because KYC, Withdrawals and representative is the major key to why gamblers will trust the site.

There are so many things people would like to see in a casino review so that we can know how reliable that casino could be when using it to gamble. Every reason why we gamble on a casino is for us to make profits from betting and nothing more. Everybody want to make profits so the problem arise from who is going to lose. Who are going to forfeit there money so that others can lose.
It is very important for a casino review to state when a casino is KYC free or KYC verification is mandatory. This is one of the things gamblers would wan to to know since not everyone that likes a KYC casino.

Well, that's a good idea, We need to see how customer service resolves several issues and how they can manage to assist the customer with their best service offer. In that way, we can see how transparent they are when it comes in dealing different type of complainants.

There are situations when customer service answer with copy/pasting text from ToS or rules section (that info I can read myself) and give zero help. Or customer service is a bot that answers with categories and giving hyperlinks to casino help (casino call it 24h support). I mean that customer support not always help. I seek a solution of a problem from customer service, but they give answers only. Customer support review is highly valued in review - agree with that.

I think they do not just copy paste the terms and conditions, all the customer support employee have or given by the team a copy.

I think these are all the vital points if someone is to actually review a service because the above points are core key points to using a service and any service that lag behind in these areas are definitely not Worth using so when doing a review or reading one , the above points should always be in mind especially how fast their customer service is able to answer to people request because that feature is what's holds the whole service.
