I read casino reviews and I have participated in writing a couple of them myself. I like them very much because they serve as a starting point to understanding casinos.

Some of the casinos I have read their reviews include lucky creek casino, 888casino, HellSpin. These reviews are absolutely very helpful as it has saved me a lot of stress. I have ended up making the decision to play at some and avoiding some of them totally.

Some of the things I would want to see when reading a review are- sign up requirements (KYC or non-kyc), type of kyc documents required, restrictions, withdrawal processes.

The following are what I think is important points to review; Accepted crypto for deposit and withdrawals, wagering requirement, kyc procedures, the customer support (on how responsive they are) and overall user experience if it's a recommended one or the one to avoid.
The problem here is that many people just copy what some others stated in order to make it look like they actually wagered their own money implying that they fake their experiences cleverly.

This is why it's not easy differentiating between a legit and fake review in the crypto gambling world.

It would be easier if the biggest casinos of the industry and perhaps some medium sized casinos got together a funded their own review webpage, which would be managed by some trusted and neutral third party. In that imaginary webpage for casino reviews people would only be able to log in or sign up using their casino accounts and some date of the user's activity would be visible, like the total wager accumulated, the most played games by the user and also the total time invested in gambling.
Have you ever since how reviews in the videogame platform Steam work? Only people who have bought the game can leave a review and after publishing the review, anyone can see how much each one of those who left their opinion has spent within the game itself.

It there was something like that for review sites, specially for casinos, people would not need to venture into traps like the review pages of 1xbit and other shady casinos or trustpillot, which is completely messed up with shill and alternative accounts.  Roll Eyes

From casinos review I expect to see users gambling experience with own real money. If users gambles with play money, or funds provided by casino, then his review can be called 100% objective. When you really risk, you experience is always different from when you know. Behavious is different, user is more cautios not to make a mistake, gamblers reads everything with more attention to details.
I guess most of the reviews are paid review these days but as a reviewer we should try our best to highlight pros and cons of a casino. Most of the casinos have many pros but they have some cons as well which most reviewers don't highlight because they are being paid for the review.

However, some reviewers share both positive and negative aspects of a casinos without caring about the payments that they might receive for the review. So far, I haven't noticed any gamblers who reviewed a casino by putting their own money.

But, I agree that if someone plays with his own funds then there might be a different story in a review then with the funds that are provided by the casinos.
A must thing to be done and this is why it wont really be that simple  on finding out those kind of platforms who do have this kind of standard when reviewing out on a certain site on which they do really reach out on a certain extent just for them to deliver out on whats good and whats really that bring that easiest to understand.

Well, I believe you meant to say that, when a reviewer is playing or gambling with the money given to him or her by the casino to test the casino out, the reviewer's review may or will be biased.
Well, I think this is actually true, it is actually one thing for the reviewer to make sure he or she have played rigorously on the casino he or she is writing a review about, and it's another thing for the reviewer to also make sure that he or she actually played on the casino with his or her money.

But in all of this though, I think the biggest scam will be, righting a review on casinos the reviewer have never played on, or possibly played on for just a few days for the sole purpose of that review, this is why I personally still prefer to only read reviews on casinos from forums like this one, it's like what I've said before, reviews on this forum beats reviews on any other review platforms out there, and this is because, reviews on this forum are completely based on personal experiences.

I don't really use casino review websites that much, but sometimes when a new casino launches I lightly skim the reviews before giving them a try. In this case initially I see if there is any issue with withdrawal then some reviews related to KYC verification term and bonus. My personal opinion is check it out personally first with a small amount of money because many times it appears that casino review websites have paid reviews.

I'm also like that, I gambled by not reading reviews on the site, because I don't think it's mandatory either, with my intention of just wanting to have fun so I didn't deepen or understand the existing reviews, even though they're important because they include rules maybe yes. there is that site, but I do it on a new site because in my own experience I have been cheated, so if I gamble on a new site I do that, because once I played on a site that didn't pay out the winnings I got, even though I I've tried to communicate with the staff on the site but I still can't get the winnings because they don't pay me and what they do is block my account.

and I think it's important to read reviews on sites we're new to, but for sites we're used to playing, I don't think it's necessary to read the reviews completely.
That is exactly how it is with me. Whenever a new Casino is launched, even if I am not paid to review it or I still have the place that I gamble. I will try my best to visit that particular casino and check out if there are special things that they offer which other casinos do not offer. Not necessarily the Welcome bonus, which I think many gamblers look out for but I will check all the things which includes UI/UX convenience of that very website.

Meanwhile, are there websites where you can write a review of a casino and you are being paid for it apart from the bitcointalk. I think the idea of Casino review is no longer trending as before because there are evidences of manipulation and insincerity in recent reviews.

In my opinion, the number of new gambling sites that are being launched is not much different from the existing sites, they will provide bonuses and promos, I myself distinguish it from cashback, there are sites that provide cashback and also those that don't, that's what I can differentiate between one site and another, when it comes to appearance of course each site is different, although there are some that are the same, the point is that I myself can't tell the difference between a trusted site and a fraudulent site.

I don't know about that, whether it exists or not I don't care, because I don't think about it myself, just this is enough in my opinion, which is more than enough.

Nowadays there are many fake reviews existing. The reason why I don't really rely solely on review sites since i'm not certain if it's real and not just made to create false information for the specific casino. Anyway, what I like to read is a review based on the real experience of a gambler.

The following are what I think is important points to review; Accepted crypto for deposit and withdrawals, wagering requirement, kyc procedures, the customer support (on how responsive they are) and overall user experience if it's a recommended one or the one to avoid.
Some people are event really that taking up some reviews or believing specially on trustpilotreviews on which i dont really see for it to be that quite trusted considering that anyone could really make out that kind of
new account and make those false and bias feedbacks on which it would really be that something that it misleading specially into those newbie readers. This is why it would really be always better that if you are really that
searching for some crypto related sites or services then nothing beats out on trying to check this forum on which this is something that would really be more better than with other places around.
But still you should really be that careful on whatever information you do able to read up, it would be always on making out some verification or asking out the community if ever you do have those doubts.

The community is really that active and really giving that real time feedbacks and honest ones but of course you should really be that believing into those who had been here on this forum for a long time
and been also trusted by the community. You could assure that you do get the right information you are seeking into if it wasnt available or could be seen into this forum.

Personally, I read casino reviews if I am really interested in playing on a gambling website especially here in the forum, for sure the first thing that most members here will do is to check the legitimacy of the gambling website here in the forum, as you know there are a lot of scam gambling website that is not trusted here in the forum, so if the casino is considered as scam here I would not play on it for sure.

Casino reviews are actually useful, especially if you are just a beginner there are a lot of things that you are not familiar with at the start like what is the minimum amount or if you can really withdraw your funds after you just deposit? a simple review from a trusted member for sure is going to be a great help for newbies.

Aside from normal reviews that we see most of the time, most of the time what I do is what it is on youtube since it is just easier to understand, youtube tutorials in my opinion are the best reviews.

For sure your gonna need to actually use the casino or the website for probably a week in order to consider if you really want to stay on that website, so I think reviews are gonna be ignored if the actual website experience is trash, personally if I doesnt want a single policy of a casino I wouldn't play on it ever.

#1 Im not reading any review sites on which i do directly see things on their ANN threads, if they dont have a thread into this forum then ill pass
#2 Sort of but not really that something that could could rely or depend on.
#3 If there would be some sort of recommendation and i do look that their reviews are really that something honest and precise
#4 Anyone could make their own review considering experiences and other related factors would differ into each other
#5 Reviews are that not bad to read up if you are looking for some information but real time feedback and experience would be always the best and preferred.

LTC Casino 4/5
Freebitco.in 3.7/5
Sportsbet.io 4/5

According to your reviews, a scam casino is better than Freebitco.in that was been established since 2013 and that scam casino as good as sportsbet.io? what a joke lol.

Even though you've included the past accusation by LTC Casino, giving 4 from 5 stars means you're saying that casino is good and legitimate. Since you've wrongly rating LTC Casino, I don't think the other of your reviews are valid.

It seems to me that OP made a big mistake in this review he made, I prefer to think that he made a mistake than to think that he is being paid by certain shady casinos so that he can give favorable reviews to these shady casinos. Be that as it may, he needs to justify why he made such choices, because if he put people's true opinions, I highly doubt that anyone would say that this dark casino is better than freebitco.in, for anyone who entered the bitcoin market over 5 years ago, you know very well as freebitco.in is an old and very reliable casino for many years, while LTC casino is a very shady casino that had scam accusations that to be resolved required me and many other members to leave negative feedback on the account ltc casino

Review sites should be honest sites, but unfortunately money has managed to corrupt many review sites that have been created, nowadays casino owners give money to review site owners and with that we see fake reviews, and many people manage to create accounts at scam casinos thanks to corrupt review sites. It's sad what we've seen, when the casino doesn't pay money directly to the owner of the review site, so the casino chooses to make selective payments but always pays to the review sites, so while the review site doesn't have any problems with payments, they will not give much importance to any accusation of scam that a customer makes on the review site. what I would like to see on review sites: I want to see honesty

on this case, the OP should re-visit his rating and reviews. i would rate freebitco higher than this LTC Casino though. i hope the OP is not in any way doing a collaboration of any kind to LTC casino, hence, the rating. so as much as possible, we want a reasonable rating for each casino here. if not, maybe, the OP can give a very good reason why he is giving such rating because without comprehensive review, it is hard to trust a review site about their rating.

Casino.guru is likely one of the most well-known casino review sites in this space. It is the primary resource that members consult when they want details about a particular casino. Reading through some of the reviews on the site will definitely give you a good sense of what you need to focus on while using any casino.

Recently, user Royce launched the Casinocritique project, and I think it is a promising project.  You can view it and communicate with its management, which takes care of the projects it includes on its lists.  I trust a team and I expect it to be a leader as well.

i can agree with you here. checking out your competitors is not bad as you will gain insights on why they are being respected on their service. what they are doing with their platform and now, you can think outside the box, what other features you think may be your added service that is not yet offered by these known review sites.

If you're using bitcointalk to conduct a casino gambling review, you're going to get more of honest reviews because of the members that are making reviews are doing that base on their live experience with using the casino after which they have carefully observed all the necessary things required to be noted for adjustment, the other important aspect of these reviews on bitcointalk is that they are also having their announcement thread available where you could make the discussion about their platform and engage with their representative there.
That is the fact about Bitcoin talk reviews but the problem is that not all casinos have those review threads going here in the forum,  and if you check, the majority of those casinos that have conducted a review campaign in the past have all abandoned those threads, and many have long been updated because there have been a lot of other developments on those casinos already.

Many of them who make such threads active have been into some form of other aids campaigns so that way,  they keep the community updated with new information and developments, so for sure if a casino ever has a review thread here in the forum or has comments on the ANN threads with members experiences it will help a lot to solve those issues of none active or keeping the community informed which is the best form of reviews.

Just like me also, Bitcoin Talk is my best review platform since the reviews of the members in this forum reflect the true experience of members of this forum and most importantly no member is under obligation to give out a review so no one will be pressured to offer such reviews so for sure there is no form of manipulation of facts which is obviously the best part of it all and what differentiate this forum from the third party reviews sites.
Agreed. If everyone kept Bitcointalk as their first preference for checking crypto gambling sites, trash sites like 1xbit, Bitstarz etc would disappear immediately since they would lose incoming gamblers in droves.

A review site comprising of a critic(Site team) score and user(Bitcointalk) score similar to rotten tomatoes is probably what op is looking for.
