For those games which are luck based then i would say that it is really that hard on beating up against the house, but if we do speak about strategic based then players could really be having that kind of chance. To those people who are really that able to win huge in luck based ones then they are really that considered to be extremely lucky on which it would really be just that normal that there would be those people who would be able to get out despite of those con's on dealing up too much with luck based ones. Going into the topic, when it comes to reviews and guides then it would be alwayds preferrable that information given where precise and correct and simply being honest. We have a couple of review and guide sites as of this moment on which i could say that its enough
and we dont really need even more.
I agree with that any luck base games have to rely heavily on the house and at most times,  the house always have the edge in those games and that the reasons why some times you record early winning in a roll,  it shows you that the house is in control of the out come of the results of the game,  and you can only win smaller amount and your loses ratio is always higher than your winning ratio,  and fhat how you will know the level at which the casino controls the games and it outcomes.

But in other games that require skills,  you have to battle the result out with the casino,  such as in football bets the results of the games are out of the control of the casinos and at that,  luck could play a little role in the winning and skills will have the major place at that point.

I am usually interested in the following points in reviews - whether you need to pass KYC, the speed of processing deposits and withdrawals, the retention rate, how fast cryptocurrency transactions, the set and features of games, how often the same players win, and how quickly the casino solves the problems of players
How often do the players win? Come on buddy we both know the house will always win once the casino is transparent with their game result. That's if there's a seed to provide for all games for verification about the casino's honesty with their game result there's no need to check the time players win when everything is about luck.
About the KYC, we are on the verge where 98% of all casinos have a tier for KYC based on user deposit and withdrawal amount.
The thing is that,  if a player is skilled more than the house,  there is possibility that he beat the has as often as possible and that can be say to be a basis for the mate statement on what he wants to see,  as winning as often as possible this is why we have we look out for casinos with higher probability ratios.

Most times,  those casinos that have verifiable games tend to have low or none house edge and at that,  gamblers tend to make more winning depending on their skills and expertise.

Yep, this is the most important thing for most people to know and look for in gambling site reviews. But most gambling sites only explain in general terms and it seems like they haven't actually tested the casino in a few days. Even though KYC is almost mandatory in 90% of casinos, there are still casinos that allow small amount withdrawals without KYC.

The thing is that,  if a player is skilled more than the house,  there is possibility that he beat the has as often as possible and that can be say to be a basis for the mate statement on what he wants to see,  as winning as often as possible this is why we have we look out for casinos with higher probability ratios.

In fact, it is difficult to win continuously in house edge games except in house edge games many players bet big and we bet small so that their house edge has a lot of savings that we can win with small bets. However, if we play with big bets it is more difficult. I prefer to play in-house games that have lots of players betting big because they are usually easier to win than ones that have few players.

First of all, I'd like to see an extensive review made by a gambler, not a journalist. Not sure if you noticed but half of the articles are paid promotions and the other half is articles written by journalists whose job is to check these sites and review them. They make an account, play for free or deposit $10 to see how fast the deposits and withdrawals are and that's it. I'd like reviews to be written by people who really played there, at least for a few days and had some results. You can find opinions like that here, but they're rare anywhere outside forums.

In my opinion, reading online casino reviews can be a good and valuable source of information for us before getting involved and we also have to know the site's rating, but we also have to be smart and careful in assessing existing reviews. Because not all recommendations and reviews can be trusted and relied upon, and of course not all reviews are true, some are dishonest, and some are just made up and don't match the facts, are biased or fake.
However, reading it is also important, we also have to filter it and do research for consideration so that we don't get trapped in reviews that don't match reality. And all of this aims to find an online casino that suits our wishes and is also safe and comfortable overall.

Because it is not easy to identify good review articles, which is the reason behind the lack of sites interested in this sector, I was and still am convinced that the best reviews about gambling platforms of all kinds can be found here on the Bitcointalk forum. The gambling section of the forum includes a significant number of experienced members whose profiles prove their integrity.

Also, many casinos are interested in launching a paid review campaign, which always contains honest reviews that are monitored by the community and subject to constant criticism. These evaluations are important for the platform to help it develop and identify loopholes and shortcomings, and at the same time help users get to know their systems before experimenting.

Will agree unto this since here we can see real people having discussion toward what they experiences on the casino they tried that's why its more good to seek for reviews or feedbacks here since we can get more genuine information or ideas posted by people. Compare to those review site where everything there can be manipulated just like other people say and will agree to them since we see how a scam casino get a 5 star review from them that's why I don't usually check those kind of site when I need to figure out something on a casino especially on their reputation.

Review campaign is one of the reason why we can't see any legitimacy of those reviews written since we don't know if they are a member of the campaign and write those reviews just to get paid.

To be more precise, even the ratings published on Bitcointalk can also be manipulated and in many cases are prepaid. There are people who provide this type of service either by using new accounts set up to post positive reviews, or by using stolen accounts with high membership. The same is done to distort competing casinos by publishing negative reviews about them.
But forum followers can often distinguish these reviews based on assessment of their objectivity and based on the reputation of the members who produced them, since we almost know each other.

I think you just covered almost all the most exciting aspect the gambler would like to have talked about emphatically, if all of them as you made mentioned were upto to the required standard and taste of gamblers, they will because of such maintain using a gambling platform for a while when they know all they wanted were already considered and effect is being made upon them after going under review.

Most of the people I can see are talking about KYC stuff, Either the casino asks KYC or not. But tbh Nowadays it's tough to find a cosino who never asks KYC. From the Most popular to most worst casinos are asking KYC when they feel they need it.  Maybe it's not mandatory but yeah they can do it at any point.

Btw already many users requested the common parts that they love to see in review sites, But I would like to add one thing review sites should continuously review the casinos and they should keep up to date with the reviews.

This is not the first time I will be commenting on the topic of KYC as being a casino thing or gamblers taking KYC to mean a casino feature,  the fact that Casinos are the ones asking for the kyc doesn't mean that the demand is from them,  kyc is a government thing and at that there is little a casino can do to influence it there is nothing the casino can do about kyc as long as there are licensing casinos there must comply with KYC demands at art time and most cases, KYC requirement is outlined by the authorities who issues the casino that license.

Greetings to all forum users!

I own a casino review website. I, like many people here, am already tired of the same type of basic casino reviews, which I have done myself, unfortunately.

It's time for a change, and I want to write reviews that would be really interesting and useful to gamblers.

There are a lot of experienced gamblers on this forum, so I decided to ask you what you would like to see in casino reviews.

I would be grateful if you could share your thoughts on this and answer these questions:

1. Do you read casino reviews?

2. Do you find any casino reviews useful? If so, please share some examples of good casino reviews that you find useful.

3. What should a casino review contain to make you read it?

4. I've already tried to write reviews that I find useful.  If you have the opportunity, please share your thoughts on them: WolfBet Review and LTC Casino Review

5. Additionally, please share any thoughts you have on the topic of casino reviews.

Thank you all in advance for your attention and time. I would be happy to discuss this topic with anyone who wants to.

Anyone can create a site to publish reviews about casinos, create traffic and make money,  after all he will not waste his time writing reviews and not get paid at the end. It is actually good to read reviews from time to time as it will help us to make the right choices and not get stuck in situations we will wish we never encountered. But then, what difference will it make if we read faulty and inauthentic reviews not gathered from the right sources? It is as good as not reading any review at all.

Once I read a review of a product I had used earlier. The review says the product was perfect but my experience says otherwise, How then did they get the information they published about the product? I will always watch out for the authenticity and originality of any review. Give us the information the way it is whether positive or negative, the gambler should have the discretion of going for what he wants.

I think those who read reviews for casinos people who are only beginners. And sometimes those who are professionals. Those who are just here for the enjoyment, they won't really take time to read an article or review about any casino. I think I'm beginners guide alongside the review would be a very good idea. From where to start in which one are the best option for them as beginner could be included in the review.
Also focus on hidden details that many people won't be able to find at a glance. People like to find hidden things and like to explore. You can find an include them in your reviews.
Other than that, a basic review is good enough with this.

When I was exploring the casino, I made sure to check out some key things. For me, the website needed to be easy to use, and I paid close attention to the variety of games and those tempting bonuses. I personally looked into the payment methods, reached out to customer support, and ensured that security measures were solid. Mobile compatibility was a big deal for me, and I considered the casino's overall reputation based on my own experience. I also want to highlight the responsible gaming features because, for me, that's crucial. Lastly, I delve into the withdrawal process, making sure it aligns with what I'd expect. This review is all about sharing my personal take, to provide authentic insights into my casino experience.
The first thing I look for in a casino site is how active their live support is and how quickly they can resolve issues.  And how easy is the kyc issue there and without kyc initially can gambling be done there and small amount of funds can be withdrawn from there without kyc or not. so I would like to look at these points first for a casino review and I think these points are very important. Another important thing is whether the site is vpn friendly or not.  Because many times some sites are restricted for different countries so it is necessary to use vpn at that time
I agree with you that the points you mentioned are certainly very important.  Because when we face any technical problem in casino site we need team support fast so if their live support is very active then using that site feel comfortable.  And upfront kyc on a site is very annoying so we are more interested in using a site that can gamble without kyc at least for a certain amount so a site review should include these things.

Points given by @LucySea is really important to consider since this is what actually we want to see from those casino. Also its important to know how active their support since its really frustrating to encounter an issue while the support is not attentive to the issue reported to them. Casino need to invest on people working on support area if they want to became a trusted casino since actually this is one important thing look at by gamblers especially those people usually stays in this forum. Also I don't mind upfront KYC since I normalized to have this requirements on KYC. If doubting on their reputation then maybe not to play there or register some account and just see the casino first on how they perform also how they get good feedbacks coming from people who risk to try their platform.

On top of the basic customer experience, it would be interesting to see several reviewers around the world teaming up, trying to create different problematic scenarios and see how their customer service deals with different problems that happen problems like Testing how tedious process is getting your account back when you lose your access to 2fa. Or accidentally sending unsupported tokens with layer 2. And if customer service would bother to help to get them back even if that technically wouldn't be their responsibility.

Reason it would make sense to be a team as you would get better sample size then one reviewer making multiple accounts (which is against the rules), or making several problems with one account, which could just flag the person as an annoying problem user and we wouldn't get realistic responses.

Well, that's a good idea, We need to see how customer service resolves several issues and how they can manage to assist the customer with their best service offer. In that way, we can see how transparent they are when it comes in dealing different type of complainants.

The question is, who would really be the one will really be making out such step or action? Who would really be trying out to some intentional wrong sent of funds on different chain?
Is there a reviewer who would really be doing such step just to prove out on how well the customer service or support works? I highly doubt this thing on which it would really be just that mindful
about on the money that they would be needing to test it out and since we know that not all new sites tends out to be legit then it would really be that a risky part for them to take up
such action on which it would really be just that normal that they wont really be going into that extent, unless if they are passionate about reviewing on things then it would really be
your choice. So it would be always better that we should really be that sensible on the things that we are dealing and its not bad to consider on having this kind of reading about reviews.

WOW!

Thank you, everyone, for participating in this survey.

To be honest, I didn't expect this topic to get this much attention.

I got very useful insights. Here are some things that most people mentioned, and we will implement them in our reviews:

1. KYC. Almost everyone who replied mentioned this, so I couldn't ignore it. We already described it in the review text, but we decided to place the detailed KYC policy in a more visible spot where it'll be seen right away.

2. Periodical Updates. A lot of people made a good point that casinos should be retested to see if their services become better or worse. We will try to do retests once every few months once we have additional resources for it.

I've learned a lot of other interesting insights, but these 2 are the most significant for me at the current stage.

Feel free to continue replying here, I'll be glad to hear more opinions on casino reviews.

Thanks again to everyone who spent their time replying here.

I can say what i don`t want to see. Referral links or some marketing tricks that makes me to give some profit to review owner. I can`t believe that the review is truth in such situation.
The best review of any casino for me is the list of advantages, the list of games, KYC, withdraw/deposit restrictions. That`s all.

Referral links are OK in my opinion, as long as the review site makes it clear that you're going to sign up through their referral link, AND as long as the person signing up could also get a better cash-back deal/incentive if he/she signs through the site's referral link.

I believe many review sites are not doing that to get better margins from new sign-ups, but I believe if they did, they might scale their business and get more sign-ups even though they'll have smaller margins.
I thought that it is OK until i find 3 scam casinos with maximum rating on one review site. The review tell us that everything is fine, but i spend 10 minutes and find several scam assumption here. And lots of posts with problems and facts of cheating. It means that the reviewer doesn`t cares about your money and i can`t believe other reviews.
Of course, possible that someone right true reviews with referral links, but i don`t ready risk my money testing who is telling truth.

Well, that's a good idea, We need to see how customer service resolves several issues and how they can manage to assist the customer with their best service offer. In that way, we can see how transparent they are when it comes in dealing different type of complainants.

There are situations when customer service answer with copy/pasting text from ToS or rules section (that info I can read myself) and give zero help. Or customer service is a bot that answers with categories and giving hyperlinks to casino help (casino call it 24h support). I mean that customer support not always help. I seek a solution of a problem from customer service, but they give answers only. Customer support review is highly valued in review - agree with that.

I think they do not just copy paste the terms and conditions, all the customer support employee have or given by the team a copy.
which have answers for most frequent question like what is the minimum withdrawal, etc. type of question so they just send that copy as a answer. when our question is unique that they need to think about the answer and ask with colleagues or superiors. while checking reviews of a casino it is important to know about the customer support of the casino, it helps with our basic queries.
