Well only if we hold certain amount of bitcoin otherwise if we only hold some measly amount I doubt we'll be rich because nowadays the price of BTC is already high enough that most of us usually only holds small fraction of the BTC and rarely anyone owns more than 1btc so there you go. won't affect most of us in any significant way
