There is a strong relationship between Bitcoin and almost if not all altcoins and if you agree with me on that, then such a thing will not happen to altcoins if eventully Bitcoin market value increase to like $100k as you said in your submission above buddy. Another question that should come to mind is that will Bitcoin market value ever reach $100k in time to come? and if it will what then will be the driven factors?

i do not believe that bitcoin can raise to 100k usd in such a short term period. imagine that how many people would like to sell and cash out with good profits. And to circulate such a high amount, it needs more time.

That time along with Bitcoin all the cryptocurrencies including tokens will boom in the marketplace. We need to know the what are possibilities to see such value first.
But I Never see the such growth speculation with the valid information like adoption.

The alt market has got a serious hit because of the BTC fluctuations. But is the accumulation starts with BTC then there will be traders and whales which will try to grab the opportunity and pump them with BTC. The last time rally was similar to that.
isn't it all of the pump that happened with bitcoin have a very strong correlation with the minting if new USDT? the whales are not buying a lot of bitcoin but USDT has already used to pump it.
It makes me confusing about the real story behind the pump of bitcoin but 100k looks a non sense rate to be discussed while the price is under 10k

Only one thing i know for sure ,if  btc goes $100k the rich becomes richer cause they are the only ones who can bought a lot of bitcoin. The rich will benefit if btc goes 100k.  But the real part is btc cant even go 50,000$.
In my own opinion, not only rich people who will benefit bitcoin if it reaches to $100 k because even people who only holds bitcoin in a small amount they would also benefit it that it could triple their profit or more, if that happens. I don't think bitcoin can't go to $50 k because there are still a lot of people who haven't buy bitcoin yet, that is why there are still chances that bitcoin increase it's price more.
if bitcoin reaches a price of that size, many people will benefit. the small amount of bitcoin will be increasingly valuable, and it will definitely benefit everyone who holds it. but we also have to speculate more logically because if it is not realistic then we will only continue to be driven by predictions.

There would be a big media frenzy, people will be looking to come in, buy up bitcoin and other alt coins, giving most of them a rise. That's my opinion, but I feel it's the most logical one.

It would be exactly the same 2017 wherein those users who have no idea about bitcoin invested it due to media frenzy and the way Bitcoin's bull run was showcased.  I think newbies will invest more without knowledge if bitcoin reaches that figure to further pump the value and they will be the one to do panic selling once the price falls thus creating the dump ad well. I feel traders will be in huge profits.

Not sure I don't think if this happens it will fully be the same as 2017
I think everyone has learned from it all, even traders will be more careful to buy or sell their assets
yes 2017 is very impressive but in the end not a few people lose their money because prices continue to fall.

It will not be the same as in 2017, it will be even crazier because there are more people involved, and number is rising. Now we have many more interested parties, among governments and companies across the world, we can't say who will make the first significant move, but I expect many things to happen on that field in next couple years. We are talking about adoption when bitcoin was unknown to many, when price was a lot under 1000 dollars, and look where we are for 2 years, high above, and you know what we will go much higher, you will see.

Today I was thinking that if Bitcoin has another 2017, all alts will also go up. Maybe not the same as Bitcoin, but a good chunk. It gives me hope for the alts that I'm currently holding.
It depends entirely on what kind of altcoins you are holding, if you are holding some of the top altcoins in the market then you are right you are going to make money in the future but if you are holding altcoins that are not really that good and you have high hopes for them then I can say to you that most likely those coins are not going to go up in value.

The value of most of those coins is based on nothing but hype and hype is something reserved for the newest coins so by the time that the bull market appears if your coins are too old then no one is going to care about them.

You're right. The top alt coins is more of a sure bet. It's a risk and reward thing, lower marketcap coin have the potential of giving you a bigger return, but it's a much bigger risk. So it's best to stick with the top alt, but diversify a little with lower marketcap coins.
What path you decide to choose will depend on your particular goals for the market, since I am not looking to make 10x my investment or anything like that then I prefer to invest in the top coins in the market that have a lower ROI but that are a safer investment.

But if you are looking for big profits then you will have to invest in altcoins with very low market caps, just make sure to research the projects in which you are interested very well since the number of scams is too high to trust blindly in the developers of those projects.

When Bitcoin touches $100k then I think the Bitcoin dominace would be around 90% or more. That means most of these ICOs has failed to deliver any product and the ecosystem has moved to the Bitcoin chain. Another thing is that we will have many Bitcoin millionaire because 10BTC means you are sitting on $1 million

altcoin will still follow suit, unless bitcoin gets special attention from the government and is welcomed by a large exchange to prioritize bitcoin with coin pairs that are considered legal. Investors are also considering the possibility to go with the flow by quickly changing their altcoin. But this is only one scenario because an improvement in the actual bitcoin condition will still have a bullish effect for all active cryptocurrency.
That is something that we have already been seeing for some time, the few institutions that are accepting cryptocurrencies are not really accepting the thousands of altcoins that we have in the market they are accepting bitcoin and they are showing no interest in accepting altcoins.

And it is not really difficult to understand why, the bitcoin dominance over this market is huge and that is nothing compared to the bitcoin dominance when it comes to the transactions that people make to actually get products and services in which the majority of those transactions are settled on bitcoin.

i go to bahami with 3 chikitas, coctails n stuff, wohooo cant wait
It is a great plan and i am sure some started clubs with the money they made with bitcoin and i would suggest you plan something that you will have a sustainable revenue so that you can mingle with the chicks when you are business magnate rather than spending the money on the girls for a momentary fun Tongue. I did have my fun when the price rallied but i never spent that kind of money to the chicks, paid fun is always not that great  Wink.

Yes, bitcoin can reach $ 100,000, this requires a powerful pumping of the market with fiat, I think the option with pumping with USDT will not work, it is fiat money that can create excitement in the market. This is a matter for institutional investors, but currently they have no confidence in the future of bitcoin.
If that is not working today and how can you sure if all of the articles related to the ATH of bitcoin caused by the pump from USDT was not working in the past? we have so many evidences about that and that makes sense if that will be working caused by you just put more money to the bitcoin.
logically, when more and more BTC adoptions are created in the market, of course, that will lead to demand in large numbers. it certainly makes price increases happen in the market. the more people put their money in BTC, of course, that will make the crypto market also grow. the presence of the USDT did change the crypto trade which was dominated by BTC with altcoin from now on. Almost all markets are dominated by USDT trading.

A lot of people who suffered the longest bear market of Bitcoin will be very happy and be vindicated. No one can say they had it lucky being first to invest because they endured the bear markets of cryptocurrencies.
Eventually, the feeling will have more excitement because of the bear market for long. Indeed more will feel happy when we see btc reaches 100k. Once btc reaches high it's price the altcoin will follow. Actually, this is normal for those who experience bear markets, so let’s observe what’s the future ahead of bitcoin.

Lol. Let's say something happened that actually allowed btc to reach that high, i think people would also want to consider the drawback for it. Bitcoin and the market won't be on a steady rise of course. It's scary to think how the correction would be like. If we all went nuts with the correction for 20k, imagine how it will be for 100k.
