i think if this happens...it will result to physical cash and trading...but i don't really assume if this will really happen..
Basically if the internet goes down bit coin goes down. As far as i know bitcoin fully relies on internet so there's that. If you are talking about just down for a few weeks then probably bitcoin would get worthless again after that but might rise.
Bitcoin would go down along with the internet if it goes down. No internet means that Bitcoin can not work, we would be unable to send or recieve Bitcoins and it would become worthless because it would not work and everyone would be back to using fiat, such as Euro and Dollar.

Maybe the transaction will have problems and will be stopped a few days to return to normal internet. Anyways chances of internet to make it shut down has low chance to happen. If internet will goes down look like people will back again mostly in physical transactions.

Anyway... Bitcoin is a currency developed especially for internet transactions. So there is no point in having BTC, if the internet is not there.

If the internet goes down, then bitcoin couldn't work. As it's easy to see, internet is a key requirement for its operation.
The bitcoin will always be there. There would still be ways to transfer BTC on a P2P basis. You would just need to have both devices on the same server or connection to be able to transfer to that person I believe

The internet is designed not to go down, I think the OP is being a little fatalistic (Nuclear War / Chaos), however, I wouldn't trust any paper wallets of coins with the BTC logo if they were offered to me as their contents couldn't be verified.
If an outage in the local area occurred (and they do) it might affect local miners or businesses, but those types of outages usually last 6-12 hours tops.

I cannot able to digest the question you asked, because we are people now depending on the bitcoin now it is the most valuable paying currency right now, many people have invested ton and tons in bitcoin, if this happens definitely many will suicide.
This made me laugh. I am imagining the 1930's great depression when the stock traders jumped out of their windows for their office because the have incurred a lot of debt. But in seriousness the minute the whole internet goes down is the time where everyone will be in panic. It will not just be bitcoin users.
