Even if there is no bull run in cryptocurrencies for the next 10 years, I will not give up on accumulating more Bitcoins. I will continue with it and hope to have more Bitcoins while waiting for the Bitcoin price to increase. And the people who already know the potential of Bitcoin will do the same because we will have a very big profit in 10 years.

And in those 10 years, we will surely see the rise and fall of the crypto market, where we can use it to find other profits. And it can also be a way to increase the amount of Bitcoin we have. That's why we have to be prepared for all the possibilities that can happen, even if it's the worst.

And before the price of Bitcoin increases, we are still given more time to collect Bitcoin from now on. We should stay focused on accumulating Bitcoin before it's too late to do it.

What if there is no crypto bull run for next 10 years ? Will you give up all your investments and get out of crypto because of this ? Or do you you have even more broader horizon and can wait longer to see the next bull run ?

Personally, I am very much positive with bitcoin future but we should also be prepared for all situations. Nothing can be guarantee in present times and we must also be prepared for worst situations.

You know, dude, do you only hope for the bull run and believe that you will make a lot of money in this industry? Even if there is no bull run, if you have extensive knowledge of Bitcoin trading or cryptocurrency, you can't expect to make money in the bull run. That's why there are different types of trading here, such as spot, derivative, perpetual, copy trading, futures trading, margin trading, and others.

That is to say, bitcoin was not created just for us to hold it and wait for the bull run to make a lot of money, dude. Bitcoin was not designed that way. Because if I save bitcoin, it's because it's better to have savings here compared to saving fiat in the bank. Second, it's safer to use Bitcoin compared to putting money in the bank. But of course, that depends on people's belief in the trust they have in the bank.

All those pointless "What if..." questions simply don't add anything to the discussion about Bitcoin.
What if some asteroid hits the planet Earth and destroys human civilization? What will happen to Bitcoin then?
The short answer is "who cares?". We will be most likely dead...
Jokes aside, it's impossible NOT to have a bull run in the next 10 years because of the three factors:
1.Bitcoin is scarce.
2."Money printer goes brrrrr..."
3.Most BTC investors are here to buy low and sell high. They have a speculative mindset, which means that most of them won't give up until another bull run hits the market.

Of course, we must be prepared for the worst situations. All expectations are optimistic, but not all expectations are necessarily fulfilled. It is also possible for the opposite to happen, so we must be prepared.

If Bull Run doesn't happen in 10 years I won't give up my bitcoin of course, if my finances are good I will stay hold and follow the DCA strategy all these years until the new high.

But if I need the money for the increased monthly spending, maybe I won't be able to hold out for that long and I'll start spending some bitcoins according to my monthly needs.

at first it was indeed in terms of profit being the main choice to invest in bitcoin. and if in the next 10 years there is no price increase as expected, then that is part of the risk where we already have an overview of the risks and rewards that will be faced in the future. disappointment will certainly be felt, but risks cannot be avoided, and of course if that happens I will still hold onto it because indeed I invested using cold money, and I consider it my pocket money

What will happen if there is no bull run for the next ten years? Because patience is the key to navigating any market, I'm holding onto my crypto. You can be optimistic about Bitcoin, but that is not sufficient. You must have FAITH in its revolutionary potential.

Consider: Did people abandon the Internet in the 1990s? Nope. They held on, and look where we are now. So, you can guarantee your bottom dollar that I will not abandon cryptocurrency. Hell, no! This is the future, my friend, and I have no intention of going back in time.

There's two sides to this story. Let's assume we do not see any bull run for next 10 years, but we do not see any bear run as well. Which means the price of Bitcoin will stabilize. That will be great for Bitcoin because then Bitcoin will be used for transactions and not for investments. It will create adoption opportunities for the merchants. Price stabilization is a very important thing for transactions. An unstable currency is not a great mode of payment, but when it stabilizes, then a lot of merchants will consider it as a mode of payment.

Now if we see a bear mode in the market and the price starts dropping, that will create panic among most of the investors which may not end well. But then you will see a lot of other people jumping into the bandwagon to buy cheap Bitcoin.

So it's almost impossible to say what will happen but these are two sides of the story I just tried to explain.

People everyday invest in stocks or the real estate market. How do they know if there won’t be a bull run in those markets for the next decade? They don’t. But they invest in it anyways.

If you worry about the what-it’s too much then investing just isn’t for you. There are not guarantees. If you want you can buy government bonds which are pretty much risk free however the yield is much lower compared to crypto investments or real estate.

A market only is an actually market if it has waves that include bull runs and bear runs. Along the way of bull runs and bear runs, there are boring times when market has very minor fluctuations, stuck with very low trading volume. Sometimes it will have good dead cat bounces, recoveries and you can enjoy profit if you are patiently enough to wait for such times to gain profits with market bounces and recoveries.

A market is no longer a market if it only falls down forever. Everyone will exit it and never come back.

The two types of altcoins - An investor view. It is about altcoins but you can read it to understand about the market too.

As long as bitcoin doesn't slowly bleed to death in terms of price, then I'm kinda fine with it. Profits are great don't get me wrong — but I still like most of Bitcoin's characteristics; namely self-custody, pseudonymity, and self-sovereignty.

In the first place, bitcoin shouldn't be the sole investment of a person because of the fact that bitcoin could decide to sideways chop for years and years.

Of course we won't know about crypto in the future, because it could be that in the future crypto will progress, and it could be that in the future crypto has the potential to decline.

but for me personally if crypto goes down of course I will accept this fact, because after all I will sell crypto when I make a profit. but I hope percryptoan will be more advanced in the future.

You are correct; it is very difficult to predict the future. It is important to focus on the present and also remember the past. Bitcoin has been in existence for over a decade, and its growth has been significant. This has attracted the attention of governments worldwide, as they seek to exert control over it. While it is possible that governments in the future may have some control over Bitcoin, stopping its growth completely is not that easy.

The bull run is not a one-time event, but rather a cycle. If the market goes down, it will eventually go up again. By observing the past, we can conclude that the bear market period for Bitcoin comes to an end after each halving. We can be rest assured that the next bull run will occur approximately every four years. However, anything can happen in between the time periods of 4 years.

Apart from what Solosanz has said, I would add that I do not make plans based on extremely improbable situations. The situation you describe is so improbable that it is not worth worrying about. In the unlikely event of that happening, we would see what to do, making decisions on the fly, but I prefer to plan for the price to continue to grow in future cycles, albeit less than it has done in the past ones.

Do you only buy Bitcoin for the sake of profit? if yes, that's why you're worried if there's no bull run for the next 10 years.

I buy Bitcoin isn't only for profit, but I buy Bitcoin for "become your own bank" and I don't trust fiat anymore due to centralization, that's why almost all of my wealth is Bitcoin and I'm not worried if there's no bull run. Privacy concern is an another reason too since the government and bank want to control everything.
