It is hard decision, there is no answer. First time you should money you are not afraid to lose because i think every people lost some money at first time in investment and than they learn.

Yep, and most people ends up losing a lot of money because they do not even know how much money to invest on the first time. I think that during the first time, you need to put a little amount, otherwise, you are risking too much.

The best time to invest depends on you... U can have the opportunity to get a coin at a cheaper rate and later sell it big. One very important thing is that one should take time to study the market flow before u jump into an investment.

Please remember the good amount to invest is the amount of money you can afford of losing all of it.

It depends on how wealthy you are, how much risk you can take.
I am very bullish on cryptocurrency and willing to take high risk, so I put a good amount of my money in it.

It does not matter how much money, it's important where you put it. For example, from $ 50 invested in Ripple, I made $ 4000 for one year.

The amount does not matter inasmuch  as you invested what you can afford to lose, to me what matters is what project you are going to put on your money into. People who invested a lot sometimes have bigger worries than those who invested a little. The important thing here is that you are investing in a good project ,  if not, your investment is as good as nothing. Remember, the bigger you invest, the bigger the profit. For me, especially for newbies, get a lot of experience first by starting in a small amount then go higher later on that is the strategy I use and that is what matters.

There's no specific answer, it's all up to you, and more if you want to get more.

I just suggest investing in the risks I can take, because any investment is risky.

If you are about to start mate, go to the amount that you can afford to loss. Because you are about to start and you must first gain experience not a profit instantly. $100 im sure that you can afford it mate.

Never invest more than you are willing/able to lose Bitcoin is a very risky investment and you should keep in that in mind at all times.
Buy Bitcoins through Dollar cost averaging This means that you don’t buy all of your Bitcoins in one trade but instead buy a fixed amount every month, week or even day throughout the year. This way you average the price over the course of a whole year.

What is a good amount to start with when investing into crypto?

I see lots of posts about “I have $100 / $200, what should I buy” and most of the time the answers are with that amount just invest in an ICO etc etc.

I would be interested to know what people here consider a good starting amount to invest...and I know the basics of not investing more than you can afford to loose but for arguements sake, what’s a good number to start with?

I’m not so much interested from a whale perspective of investing like $500k or $1mill, more so the normal everyday average joe male/female investor who wants to dabble in the crypto market. Would it be $1k, $2k, $5k, $10k, $20k etc? People new to the game or interested to start investing in this space may find this useful so they know a rough number which would be a good starting point before turning  that into riches (the obvious dream).

For reference I initially started with about $3k (it’s not loads but it was a start) and over time I’ve added more and more (it gets addicting) into the pot as and when I have the money to spend and when the time seems good to buy.

The best thing to do is never ever put the money that you never wanna lose. Like your money for mortgage or for your basic needs like foods, shelter, etc. You can do airdrops and bounties instead and only use those money to invest on quality ICOs. You also need to learn how to invest too. It is not that easy.

It all depends on you. If you want to have a larger profit then invest with larger amounts but remember the larger the amount you invest the higher the risk.

It always depends on how much profit you want to earn. Just invest in a sum that you can afford to lost , but please Never invest  all of your money , because the market is very risky.

For everyone the good amount of investments is different. For someone 100-200 dollars is also big money, don't forget that this is an international forum and there are countries where the salary is less than 1 dollar per day. But even if you have $ 1 million, it's still better to start with $ 100, and the exchanges allow you to do this as opposed to the stock market. And if during the year you will receive a stable profit on a small amount, you can invest 1 million or even more.

It should be at least 10-20% of your extra money. Not your savings. Alwys bet the extra money you have, for it will be worth it if it gives you profit. And it will not hurt you so much if you will lose it. That is the proper way of controlling your gains and losses.

use 50% of the assets you need to invest, because this is a form of awareness when you then experience indirect losses falling too far, and in investing to pay more attention to greater opportunities for greater profits, and do not be easily tempted by illogical offers.

Well-known financiers and employees of the exchange advise you to invest the amount that you are ready to lose in case of failure, usually from 5 to 15% of your amount. Therefore, decide how much you can invest.

I think it does not matter how much money you invest, I'm investing %70 of my money to crypto, sometimes I'm rising this rate and sometimes dropping but roughly it is %70 for the crypto world.

For me, it is too much. I mean, 70% of investments is not the best choice. I am following the advice of financial specialists, who recommend spending only 30-35% of the money you have. The rest must not be touched.

To begin to invest it is possible from any sum of money. For everyone this sum will be different. The main thing never to invest the sum which you are afraid to lose. Also in this market it is necessary to be patient and not to be nervous!

A good amount for investment in cryptography depends on your goals. If you want to make cryptography on basic earnings, at least 1 k$. If you are just starting to invest, cryptography is for you an additional earn, invest as much as you are ready to lose.
