I was really expecting you to include Facebook campaign on your list, but that will be my second best ICO platform, My best media is in this platform(signature), everyone here knows why he's here one way or the other, you don't feel ignorant for all activities here, especially for cryptos activities... So, that make this platform to be the best for promoting ICO.
FOr me, I considered Facebook the best social media to promote an ICO, the main reason is that it was used world wide, even a ordinay person had a facebook. Through facebook, Many people will see the topics about an ICO. Another reason is that, it was an easy tool ro promote an ICO, all you need to do is to share and like an ICO post in case you were not good in posting statement or topics on ICO. Many of friends will see the topics on your timeline, then that is the time they will be attracted and it was a big possibility that they will become a investor of that ICO.

twitter is the best social media platform for promoting a ICO because public profiles on twitters are viewable worldwide which is not restricted to any state or any country.
twitter and facebook, these are really good place to promote anything, be it cryptocurrencies or socks. They have lots of users and people share easily. Once you get a couple of people on board other people jump on. Reddit is also good and it has more people who are more familiar with cryptocurrencies but the community can be quite harsh and brutal.
I think the most powerful method is the news by some administration like government. When they claimed the prohibition of crypto currency, the price will fly hahahahaha

I consider Bitcointalk as the best forum for promoting ICO everything starts here and this is the home of bitcoin disscussions nothing beats the original if you Google any Ico or cryptocurrency disscussions bitcointalk will always show up.
If you consider bitcointalk being a social media, then promote your ICO here. There are more people interested on blockchain projects than elsewhere. Those people who will list your ICO site are even here in the forum look at tokenmarket, the writer of this website is also a bounty manager here in the forum. Most of the investors are also here. The users will always notice signatures of people who are sensible in replying messages so concentrate more in this forum.

Given the above list, I will go for Twitter because twitter is worldwide used by many people. Also, the more followers you have, the more people are seeing your post. If one person has two - three million followers, then those people would know about bitcoin. Twitter also has a large number of users and anything that will be in trend will be easily spreaded around the globe.
Definitely this forum has many advantages over the rest. I think that there are a lot of new investors here. Thanks to them, new projects are widely distributed

Please add on your list "Facebook" and Instagram. For me, facebook is the most effective social media platform to promote bitcoin or altcoins. As we all know, almost all the people in the world are using facebook. Only few are using those stated above. Facebook also is where the most people under the borderline in terms of social status in life. If you are into investing, go for those stated above.
Given with that list only, I would choose telegram. It is because most of the ICOs used it for announcing their projetcs. I believe it is the most quick and easy way to spread directly to potential customers and not just to the crowd of audiences
I think the best incentive method is bitcointalk. other social media accounts are just for advertising purposes. but with BitCoin talk we are able to access the real knowledge ad. if the purpose is to spread information and advertise bitcointalk. otherwise, other social circles.

I always vote for the bitcoin forum in here we can promote the ICO in a best situation and many member here are in forum is open-minded when it comes to ICO. Next is reddit, it is like a forum and there are knowledgable people out there that can understand ICO.
I have read some article that 60% of the most people are using their free time in browsing their Facebook account then followed by Instagram and Twitter. But in my opinion I just don’t stick for one or two option of social media for ICOs promotion and advertisement. If an upcoming ICO can manage to connect all kinds of social media is better for them to be more known by crypto people but of course we don’t want to fill up the form with all of our accounts in social media for one ICO. So my advice top 4 social media are Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram.
I could sat that Facebook and Twitter are on top and they sometimes have a higher share compared to signature campaigns. Based on the campaigns that I have joined before, I could say that twitter is still better because there are campaigns that only require this social media.
Facebook. Word spreads like wide fire on facebook and when people actually get whatever you promised they will do all of the promoting for you. I don't know why you didn't list it. Twitter is also good. I think reddit can be a little too harsh on ICOs though
