You can promote your ICO through 3 steps: Step One: Announcements in Popular ICO Calendars, Step two : Interest Check: Publications in Professional Communities, step 3: The Finish Line: Native Advertising, General Topic Media, and Blogs. This forum is the most important promotional platform in terms of the interests of my members. Of course using reddit or Twitter as a mass will result in reaching a lot more people, but it is debatable whether there will be a return or interaction here. I think social media for the promoting was twitter because many celebrities are using twitter for the announcement and including president and to those investor was have twitter, try to add facebook to the choices because right now facebook was one of the famous social media entire world wide some of the business man, investor was using social media for advertisements and lastly this forum because as of now bitcoin was popular and this forum was have a big help to those who didn't know about bitcoin and many investor also are here to promote and advertise.
I think bitcointalk is definitely a good place to promote ICO. There are lots of investors here, and a lot of them maybe actively looking for good investment opportunities. Besides that, twitter and telegram also are good options.

I have observed that most of the people in the world using facebook and 90% of user engage to cryptocurrency and investments.SO, for me that platforms are best for promoting an ICO but sadly facebook will ban some ico now.Take care when you are going to post on fb.
I would say that Facebook, Instagram are also very good for promoting ICO. There are also promoting ICO on Coindesk, Medium is very good. And already mentioned that Twitter, Reddit, Telegram etc. are very good to promoting ICO.

according to my experience so far, more people understand the world of crypto because there is this forum. so of course this forum is the best social media to promote ico. but twiter is also very good for people who do not understand with ico, and twitter is also the most widely used social media person.

You've mentioned already and I totally agree to that. But my number 1 for me is still Facebook. Almost all of us who uses internet uses Facebook. All ages are using Facebook, so it is the best for me to endorse a campaign.

Well for me, I think that the best would be to cover all the social media platforms available if possible because if you can do that, of course, you will obviously be able to reach more people and not just a single group of people since some people prefer using only one social media platform and whatever they use would depend on what is the most popular in their country, city or town. But if I really had to choose among all the options you have listed, I would go for this forum all the way since most of the people here are really crypto lovers.
I will prefer to choose bitcointalk forum as the best means of promoting an ICO, because here in the forum we have many cryptos supporter and great investors who are ready to participate in any legit ICO.
