that is the problem with the sites that are listing exchanges, they do it based on volume and people like you think they are good and suggest it based on their prioritizing.
in your list you have 2 terrible exchanges.
the first one is Yobit which is proven to be shady, fake, with no support, and with almost all their wallets either dead or empty (apart from big ones like bitcoin and litecoin). there are a lot of complaints and there aren't any real traders there apart from their signature campaign participants who go there to get their payment out and shitcoins which can not be listed elsewhere.
the other one is Liqui which is a very small exchange that similar to Yobit is reporting fake volumes. they also have been associated with so many shady behavior. i remember there was a short lived mixer which ran a signature campaign here and their payments came from same addresses Liqui used. and they scammed people and disappeared.
