Indeed polo has a very high volume compared to other sites and also includes a large exchanger but not much altcoin can go there, I prefer bittrex because the volume is also high and includes a large exchanger and many altcoin also sometimes the token project ico also in bittrex.
I use bittrex and I am happy with it.
bittrex is a big exchange plafrom. First coin comes in etherdelta (ETH BASED) than it comes to anothrer exchanfge like bittrex,poloniex etc. so if you want to buy with low rates, than you must be join in Ether delta. After ether delta when coin comes in any other exchange than its pumped hugely.
I have more choice depend the type trading I want:
1. Poloniex for trading everyday, scapling because have good volume 24 hours and scapling very fast, earning good profit
2. Bittrex for ICOs token trading, use as wallet holding some Altcoin in long term
3. Cryptopia, Yobit for trading some trash coin earned from give away, cheat, mining ...

For me all the exchange is the best no matter what exchange is that as long you make profit thats the best 
Some times i hate polo for the lag of thier website

There are many trading sites now but, I don't know what is the best trading site to suggest for you. The only thing I could help you is that to suggest whatever site I have found in my researches. I got this one then check this out (https://alpari.com/en/). I have not been yet involving when it comes to trading discussion. I'm still waiting for my payment this so that I could try to trade my stakes.
Before I used bittrex and poloniex. But some time ago there was a problem issue for the poloniex. So now I concentrate on using bittrex.

Ether delta is new to you!! really ? Ether delta is a most big exchange platform for cryopto trading,here you can trade only with Ethereum. i mean its Ethereum based crypto trading platfrom. ERC20 token first start trade in etherdelta then its moves on other big exchange site. here the link for you etherdelta.github.io/
I used to trade crypto back in 2014 but left it since. Heard bitcoin talk on the radio few days ago so decided to get back into the game. Read up about recent tradings and notice that polo seems to be the IT trading site now with a very high volume. So is polo the best trading site?
Always go on the top reputable site but i wont recommend poloniex as of now instead of them better to go with bittrex, i do have problems on using poloniex as of now they are really experiencing lots of issues regarding withdrawals and even deposits, slow response of their support which do really suck this is the reason why i jumped on bittrex as of now. They do have different user experience.Bittrex and Poloniex same's racing for number one spot and this one should be the best basis for us to trust this two exchanges but for me I would love to trade with bittrex since I'm a long time user of this site and they never bring me down so far, and also the other reputable exchanger site where we can do good trades are in liqui and cryptopia so far and would like to explore if theirs another good alternative for us.
I have to agree with that.
Trust rating made by staying for so long and giving users the right service also, whenever there would be problems customer support are ready to answer fast and make an accurate answer to the problem.
Bittrex have done that and poloniex also. Although there are some events where polo have users who are not satisfied.

GDAX has had some issues, BleuTrade fits in with all the other small unknown sites where it's like ehhh.. Poloniex and Bittrex are really the main 2 competitors. I switched from Poloniex after having multiple tickets take WEEKS to respond, having to submit buy/sell orders multiple times within a few minutes because of glitches and servers going down, and just in general the site was extremely slow and untrustworthy. People reporting missing coins and stuff. No exchange is perfect but I chose Polo due to them actually paying back their customers after an attack, while Kraken decided screw those guys. But now I mean every exchange gets DDOSed, its all about choosing one that works fast (and of course never keeping too much money on the exchange).

Those are good for the high professional traders who have been into trading for a longer time period. These days beginners can try with bitcoin to USD trading rather than starting with altcoins trading. I have been into localbitcoins website for a longer time for trading needs and in specific it provides very good trading compatibility. Also this gives better trust and provides with ease in verification process. 1 poloniex

You may want to reconsider your credit ranking of Poloniex. It really isn't the way it is hyped. Support system is shitty and will frustrate the hell out of you.

You are right mate. Polo support is really wack! I have a ticket that hasn't still been resolved now running into two weeks. And when I sent them another complaint that I had issue with the Tabtrader not connecting its API even though I had initially traded on that app before, Polo still hasn't responded. Wack support!

And the one site I encounter some problem is on livecoin and yobit and their fuckin me off for providing me a slow response and I'm avoiding now to avoid some problems regarding to my money.

If you are a big trader, every trading site could be best for you since not all of altcoins are in one trading site thus you have to use mulsiple trading site instead. However if you're a newbie trader, Poloniex is the best sicne it has huge volume and easier to use. 
I saw some people have some problems when trading on poloneix but i never get any problem everytime i trading, deposit and wd on poloneix. For me, the best trading site for now is bittrex, livecoin, cryptopia and poloneix, because i never had a problem on these all trading sites.
Poloniex is actually okay but there had been issues regarding withdrawing altcoins from Poloniex, I haven't experienced any delays from withdrawing so far but I have read a couple of threads about that. Other than Poloniex is Bittrex and livecoin.com and I think both are also great trading sites. Those are so far the best trading site I've encountered.
