You could buy or purchase bitcoin safely in Binance exchange because binance is considered the biggest cryptocurrencies exchange in the world in terms of trading volume, that is why it could be trusted and would never sell your personal data.

That’s right we should keep our eyes on the market and on our coin all the time so we will remain safe though. We can use trading to increase our number of the coin if we will trade and store coins for long so it will give us a profit and ways to get more coins. You should use only safe sites to get bitcoins as it’s important to remain careful about scamming projects with fake promises.
in my opinion,i think safest way to buy crypto is binance and top ranked exchange..you can check the rank in CMC abnd then you can buy crypto using your prefer exchange.thank you 
What crypto coin do you want to buy? There are some exchanges that do not require KYC verification for deposits, trading and withdrawals, but there are limits to maximum amount. I have tried to exchange Coinbene, Bit-Z, Binance, or maybe some rules have changed, please browse first. Or there is a local crypto exchange from your country that supports deposits from your local bank, that's better.
You are right, most of the good exchange doesn’t require the KYC verification to withdraw money! Exchange like Binance, Kucoin, BitZ, Coinbene, Digifinex, Bibox and so on ask KYC verification if you want to withdraw more than 2 BTC in a day! I Don't think OP will buy 2 Bitcoin in a day, so, you can use Binance, Kucoin and so on exchanges!
I was also suggesting a way for my friend to get away with KYC and what I've come up is that I buy from the users who sell his BTC for paypal in the forum. This I guess will reveal his name to a user here in the forum but certainly there will be no record about what the transaction is about. This is the safest so far, no banks no exchanges. The problem is going to see later is if he can find someone who will trust him here as I certainly wouldn't do it for him.
Buying bitcoins via paypal to a user on this forum might be a safe way if you know the user personally or you've had a legit transaction with him before, without that, I don't see this as the safest way to buy bitcoin. He could attract people who wants to buy bitcoin privately if he will provide some proofs that he is a legit seller, but sometimes, the buyer are taking this as an advantage to scam the legit seller by making him to send first the product, which is a no go for me.

Best way to save your coins from hackers is to store them in a hardware wallet as other users here have suggested. The best crypto exchanges have been breached and funds robbed. So definitely, nothing online is safe

You can buy from bank directly to your crypto wallets depends on the kind of coin you want to purchase. If is btc or eth is possible buy directly from bank to your crypto wallet without ensuring exposal of personal details, although this depends on the country you are coming from that makes it possible for you to buy.

You can choose an exchange that has many users and has been trusted to have a very good reputation and even has strong security and is convenient to use, after that you just have to put some money by transferring into one of the currencies available in the exchange, maybe this is the way the simplest that anyone can do to buy cryptocurrency

Previous years were hard to buy Bitcoin or top coin. Now a days so many way has to buy top currency in safe way. Although you know about coinbase rewards 10 USD for buying 100 USD. You can use your bank account for this case. If you are in restricted country, than find trust users.op talked about buying without any data instead.

Like most of the exchanges you can find the crypto to fiat conversion to their paypal aur banking account with the heavy fees but in localbitcoins you need to pay same amount for any amount of transaction to the LBC.
