In my opinion, shitcoin is no volume, useless and no one want to hold it.

For me, shitcoin is just for a coin who don't have developer, team, community, and the market has nearly delisted with no volume in the market.

Obviously when we say shitcoin, it has no value at all, purely being used by a lot of manipulators (including the people behind the project) for pump-and-dump.

Dev's doesn't improved the concept and they let it sit their github repo without so much update that the coin will suddenly die down and exchange soon de-lists them.

And then added here-> https://deadcoins.com/

What actually defines a shit coin?  The continuous price decrease after listing on an exchange with actual working products in real life or a stable price and a minimal increase in price but lacking real life working products?
People has been calling coins with names if they fail to make a quick profit from it. It's also a matter of personal preference.
Coins with no use, no value and no development is a shit coin or I'd prefer to call it a dead coin. If the coin is not dead, it would not be wise to call it a shit coin.

For me, Any coin that keeps losing the value even if everything around the project is rising and the coins whose daily trading volume took a sudden nosedive.

I don't think price should be a factor in calling a coin a shitcoin. Price is temporary.

What I consider shitcoins are those with no real use case, purely hyped coins.

For me the price does not reflect the value of a project, there are many potential projects on CMC but with very low prices. That doesn't say that those projects are shitcoin. And vice versa for high-priced projects does not mean they are valuable. To evaluate a shitcoin you should focus on the value, the true application of the project can bring to life. Assess future development potential, if a project does not meet the above, it is shitcoin.

A coin that has no real development except occasional social media posting, one never listed on any proper exchange and has a large sell order in dex for the minimum fraction of Ethereum.
The one which has no roadmap or vision, no mechanism of dividends or buy backs and burns, no any way to reward it's investors.

you can see in coinmarketcap, 90% of all altcoins currently available are shitcoin. all coins that are always dumped during yesterday's decline are shitcoin. coins that move because of speculation and rumors are shitcoin. and the coin of the scam project is shitcoin.

that's the definition of shitcoin in my opinion

for me shitcoin is a coin that comes from a failed project and does not have trading volume. and since the beginning the coin has no potential. coins that are easy to manipulate can also be called shitcoin.

The continuous price decrease after listing on an exchange with actual working products in real life
The above quoted line defines Shitcoin!

If a coin's price constantly decreases right after listing in exchange even the coin has real-life working products then it is indicating the owners are dumping their coins and panic sell will also lead.
If this is the scenario then I will say they really don't have any working products or they just don't care... What they care only is money and a quick exit IMO.

a stable price and a minimal increase in price but lacking real life working products?
The above quoted line defines Shitcoin!

No working products = no value to the coin. Fake promises will not work for long.

What actually defines a shit coin?
There could be more reasons for shitcoins...

As an example, a coin has a working product and the ico was successful and when listed on exchange the price only dropped, never increased.
The reason could be the product they are offering doesn't have any value in the real world. Now you can say how come ICO was successful? Well, that's hyped out during ICO and naive investors got into it.
