To buy crypto and also sell crypto we must have the right reason so as not to regret having sold or bought. Personally I still have all the coins that I have, and sell a few coins for the necessities of life.
The safest way today if you don't understand crypto is to sell some of the assets you have and hodl coins left until the end of the year, that way you have two different options that can be beneficial and detrimental.

If you bought your coins before the crash that we suffered at the beginning of this year and you are still holding your coins now then it is too late to sell your coins, you have no option but to keep holding your coins no matter what, I know that holding in such adverse conditions is not easy at all but it is something that you will have to do if you want to avoid losing money.

I believe for holder, because sell for now is like on middle from goal. If at end of year price really up, i no regret to hold. That is my goal for this year and that cause me to hold almost all my assets now.

I think it will be confusing if you ask every peoples about their opinion whether to sell or hold your coins.
It is all depends on yourself. If you think you find a better projects or coins than your current holdings, then just sell your coins.
But if you believe the coin you hold is a good coin, do not sell it now. You won't know if your coin value can increasing later.

you have to make your decision on wen to sell or hold the cryptocoin, the best advice you give to yourself is the best. holding also depends on the coin you are holding you can decide to hold btc or eth for long but holding a token is not good but because some may likely loss value.
