if the platform you're having their coins have real use cases, why not use it then. If not then I think you can wait a while for market conditions to improve and then you can go ahead and sell your tokens. Anyways you should also conduct your own analysis by reading the team news and updates and following community chat. That'll help you make the best decision ever.

This is more reason research is very essential. You do not just assume that a coin is worth holding or does not worth holding for a long time without carrying out research on it, to be sure of its value. Yes, you can hold, but know what to hold. There are also some that do not worth holding at all. I had a token sometimes ago. Although i never bothered researching on it. It was not even up to a month after listing that the team abandoned it and the price dropped drastically. Which is why i am now careful of the kind of project to participate or invest in.

Holding your crypto for a long time is not a good solution if you bought them at the higher price you must sell your crypto once the price drop more than 30% to cut your loses and buy again when the price is cheap and hold them and sell if the price increase above 10% or more but don't sell them all just sell it separately like selling 30% then in a few days if the price still increasing you can sell it again and make more profit compared on selling it all because you don't know what will happen to the coin in the future so don't sell them all just few of them to get the benefits of getting more profit if the price increase.

In your case you are unsure and scared to risk off something. So I'll suggest for you to have your own research and see on your own self on what to do. Because for me I will suggest to you to hold your coin and wait for the market to become stable. Since it is more safer way than joining the panic buying of coin

Holding is only applicable if the prices of the tokens you are holding are not good, it is not useless unless you are going to hold it forever, that is stupid because you will lose your profits in that way. Following advices from people you don't know is not a good idea. It's your money you should rely on your own and not from strangers. Make your own plan if you don't have one.

For me if I have alts on my wallet I would sell them and convert all of it to Bitcoin. That's just me wanting to support Bitcoin so I can spend them on stores that accept Bitcoin. If you do believe on your alts then it goes south that's on you.

That is the most difficult times in crypto world, whether to hodl or to sell. In my experience i usually sell tokens if it is listed in any exchange and has a right price for me. But if the tokens are not yet listed better hodl it.

stay in your trust, you only have 2 choices between holding or selling. if you hold the value continues to fall but you still have the coin and if one day the market will rise then you get a high profit. but if you sell it now, will you get a profit? or just to cut losses? think about it
