I use all of them pretty much, phone wallet is very convenient for on the go and scanning QR codes, electrum has some nifty tools, full node just cuz "hardcore" etc etc etc etc
I heard about electrum most of the time and it has good feedback by the users but now I am not using it yet. I have my wallet in local
exchange where I cash out my money and it's very convenient in my side since I regularly cash out from my income online.
'
Im kind of amazed that you are a senior member, and you are actually using the wallet that is provided by some exchange, even the local one.
As you should already know, rule number one in storing your bitcoins is to have access to private keys. If you don't have this access, then it is not a secure wallet.

I highly recommend for you to switch to the electrum instead of using that exchange wallet, your bitcoins will be surely secured and also you can always import/export your privkeys.
You cannot predict if this local cryptocurrency exchange won't have any issues, such as website being suspended, or anything else. if you have privkey, you at least can retrieve your bitcoins while the website is offline.
But if you don't, then site being offline simply means that you cannot even get them back.

I see many people recommend blockchain.info as a wallet, previously I only used it to check my transaction) I've tried many wallets (particularly with debit cards), guess, it's time to try this one too.

Payment Gateway Allows Recurring Payments

I'm using blockchain.info and it's convenient for me because I just need to login whenever I want to send bitcoin. And just like what others are saying it's very secure and trusted though I'm experiencing sometimes inconvenience when I'm trying to use it. I like also it's email verification feature that is making me secure if someone wants to have access on my wallet.
I agree with you . I also use blockchain.info as the main wallet at the moment. Blockchain has many features, besides this wallet is also very safe and reliable. Until now there has been no negative news on this online wallet.

Many people here are preferring to use blockchain.info I think it's because it is named 'blockchain' as blockchain technology is used for bitcoin. And many are thinking that this is the real processor of transactions. I haven't read a big complain about them up to now and if there are some complains they are resolving it immediately.

Can someone tell me . I am interested to try a wallet for smartphone, I basicaly hate smartphone, a little hard to use for me, I am looking for an app easy to use. But, if I use such wallet, let's imagine i lost the phone, so anyone finding the phone can empty the wallet in some seconds, right? Then, it's crazy to use those type of wallets ? Just to be sure. So i can look more "swag" like teenagers say.
I think if you have android you can download the wallet in the playstore. And it looks like blockchain, coinbase also has a mobile version of the wallet. So you can be more simple and flexible in carrying your wallet

I have used blockchain mobile wallet to receive and send money but didn't use coinbase yet. I also using XAPO both desktop and mobile version account for my regular transaction. I find XAPO transaction are quite fast and also they won't charge any fee for sending money. I'm using this account for more than two years and never had any issues using this account.

Would be easier in the transaction if you have a wallet on your phone, because of course we use the phone and take it anywhere. I'm also interested in using a wallet in a mobile phone

i mainly use the blockchain wallet due to its free to use matter. it is far less problem than the bitcoin core such as synchronising (like multibit, you don't need to sync either). if those funds are vital for the future, better use physical wallet (but i don't often use it).
to me i also use bliockchain and yobit wallet, i never fell any inconvenience while using it, but i just take care of one thing and that is that i distributemy all bitcoin in different wallet so as to make is more secure from stealing my bitcoins. through this way i feel my bitcoins more safe.

The first purse that I downloaded is the blochkchain.info. I still use this purse. I like everything about him. It is very simple and convenient. There are no unnecessary functions in it.

I use Electrum.
It is light weight and I don't have to worry about retrieving my bitcoins if my computer crashes.  Smiley
I think the desktop wallet is a wallet safest because you do not depend on a third party and you are fully responsible for your bitcoin. you should have a backup and a private key to keeping your bitcoin when something happens to your computer
to me i personally use online wallet, blockchain wallet, and yobit, i always find it comfortable and trusted. i personally using it for a long long time and never find any thing wrong in it, so i will like to continue using it inf future also.

I just use simple wallet web wallet are enough for me to store by bitcoins there it can't be stolen by anyone unless the ceo or the creator of blockchain will fool as all or maybe blockchain will be hacked again. Also im using based wallet where i can cashout all bitcoins that i have that fast with in 8 hours thru bank account.

i think so. i'm also use web wallet.
But If the wallet is KYC stated, pls check if u do grey area like gambling , dark market etc. Example: Coinbase
The company will suddenly close your a/c and if u do anything bad which disclose, they will give out your information also.

I am using web wallet, and that is the only wallet widely known and accepted in my country. and I am very much contented with with it. it is easy to use, just that the charges are a bit too high. if there is any other means with lower charges, I'll like to be introduced to it.

Just web bitcoin wallet is the best no need for hardware, pc, or phone what is great is you can assist it anywhere even at your phone or computer you just need a internet connection to connect to the web and that's it very smooth and really cool stuff i think it's the best of all wallet like blockchain.info on of the great web wallet and the security are great.
I've been using online wallets since I first used bitcoin a few years ago And I've never had a problem with an online wallet So online wallets can be said to be moreover flexible

Yes, Online wallets are better when it comes to flexibility but had a higher risk than hardware or paper based wallets when it comes to security. Unless your PC or you fail to protect you paper wallet then online wallet is still the best choice. I still prefer online based wallets because I'm loading up my mobile with such ease and with faster transaction time.

I use a paper wallet, because I think is more secure and allow me to hold the private key of my direction, I have friends that lost money because they have been hacked before, even with 2FA protection active.
No doubt that paper wallet is really a way to save your bitcoin in more secure way but here I would like to tell you that bitcoin is web wallets are also safe , here just think you have blockchain and you have not yet told your password to anyone then how anyone can hack your wallet , if anyone can hack your Wallet then probably it is possible you told your password to the hacker or you used you mobile number as the password .
Secondly you have the option of the secondary password that is used during the transfer , so in this way no one can hack your web wallet .
And here I am.a user of blockchain official bitcoin wallet , and didn't found any problem .

Blockchain is the best for now, other web wallets that I use are still among the most solid like xapo and myetherwallet, but still I am dominant in the use of wallet in exchanger market because it is very useful for trading or withdraw daily. I don't believe the category of wallets is really safe, but at least there must be confidence in certain types of wallet.
