according to what I see, it looks like ethereum has come out of its lowest point. currently the price of ethereum is $136 and that is good enough for now. if bitcoin moves, I'm sure ethereum will definitely follow it. if this happens, it is not impossible ethereum can return to the second position.

and with ETH hard fork to make the transition from Proof of Work (PoW) to Proof of Stake (PoS) there will be change in the market, either it's for good or bad thing.

Hope Ethereum will go again number 2. But it will not so easy. Need more traders and investor on the market. Ripple now number 2 currency of coinmarket. Ethereum price can be dropped something more now.

I think this requires a long process, because even though the current bitcoin price movements are always decreasing, the trading volume in various markets is still quite high when compared to ethereum

Today ETH never dropped below $100, it is actually up today and the price is moving above $135, ETH never touched below $100 for the last 1 week after it touched $82 and rose up $150+ it never went below $100. seeing the current movement in 2019 first quarter we can expect the price moving above $200 to $300 range.
for now it's better that we just wait for good news for ethereum until the beginning of the year, I'm sure that the beginning of the coming year will surely bring happy news for us.
It doesnt matter even if it is at number 10.

no one can know the development of any crypto currency going forward because it has become a risk in investing with crypto currencies so to predict in the future no one knows the exact answer
I think the hope of ethereum to return to number 2 is very large but whether the price will go up or the price will be like in 2017 where it reached almost 1000 dollars but
if I'm honest, I don't really blame you for being rated how much I expect ethereum to come back like and not as bad as it is now. even with the current price I lost almost 50% so hopefully in 2019 the altcoin and ethereum will return to value as well as in 2017 hopefully

Of course, the Ethereum will soon return to its own second place. We just need to wait and we will see the same growth as saw it before!

There was a fall of 2 days in the market. Bitcoin value fell 500 USD again and now it is going back up again.
EThereum is moving upward in strong position as it goes not just on USD value but if you will look its BTC value also gain alot.

Wow, what a great opportunity for many to invest now of eth. Very low , can be reached. It is still number one. Because it is the most usable kind of coin especially in digital games.
I am sure that when bitcoin starts to grow, ETH will very easily return to its previous maximum values.

With the forthcoming upgrade on the ethereum network, if successfully executed, this will improve the network and restore confidence to the platform, this should cause a huge spike in the price of ETH.
