Its possible but not 100% sure about that, it depends on the ICO project if it was promising and their team is very transparent. I will still invest on those projects that have a good future and I believe that most investors will do the same.

Exactly the ICO is dead. You do not need to wait for BTC to return $ 1000 to confirm that ICO is dead. For me, ICO died 6 months ago and it cannot bring profit to investorsWhere did you get your reason, you have no basis on it actually. In fact, this is just your opinion or you maybe disappoint only because you never gain in ico for the past many months. It is only for you were ico is dead. But for the majority of the community here believed still in the
ico, you just maybe can't accept it to yourself that you've suffered too long and became impatience too. Even it goes back to 1000$ I think it will still remain to survive and can still give profit to anyone though.
I do not know what is going to happen with whole industry when BTC goes to 1k USD. I think that a lot of people will leave this market because 3k USD was already a hard strike and a lot of people have already left.
I think that, if the price of the Bitcoin falls the 1000 dollar then the number of successful ICO would already less than in this year. Because the projects will not find enough funds. And so many ICOs will cancel. But with that, I think the Bitcoin price will never drop to $ 1,000.

ICO's are on the verge of extinction. Most people have lost trust in ICO's due to the prevalence of scam project and the fact that there's no form of regulation. Meaning that when there is an exit scam. The scammers work away untouched. Another reason why the masses have loose trust in ICO is due to the fact that most ICO tokens list far below their ICO, making it far from being lucrative.
According to many experts, the crypto market has already overcome the bottom and now bitcoin will grow. But if we assume that it will fall to $1000, I think the situation will not change much. Already 6 exchanges have launched or will soon launch their crowdsale platforms and as practice has shown, this does not prevent the coins from becoming more expensive x5-x10.

The price of bitcoin always have effect on everything that happens within the cryptoverse. A dip.in the price of bitcoin will have direct effect on Icos and every other thing in crypto
if the price of bitcoin falls inevitably has an impact on the ICO, even many ICO programs are not successful, but not all ICO will fail, the most important is a lot of investor confidence, if many investors the ICO will succeed, because not all ICO refer to the price of bitcoin but what makes the ICO not successful is that many ICO are scam, this greatly reduces investor confidence
ICO is already dying, and if the market will start to fall further, then fewer and fewer companies will do ICOs, this already becomes unprofitable and problematic, most likely the companies will simply switch to IEO and STO and hope that everything will change.
Without this been happen ICO is already suffering, I just believe that if bitcoin is $1000 per one there will nothing like ICO again because nobody will invest in ICO again
What will happen to me is something that would be impossible if indeed the results and prices of bitcoin will go further down, because because of all this, our role as players is how we must commit again to generate value to improve again for part of bitcoin

That could be a nail in the coffin, at $4000 altcoins and ICO are suffering many cannot reach their soft cap and some are waiting for the market to improve to distribute the coins to investors and bounty hunters so we expect ICO and other coins to suffer a lot if Bitcoin drop to $1000.
The icos projects are suffering from the market conditions but most of the projects were saying to be better than bitcoin in terms of technology and most time I am tempted to ask " don't them have there own market plan outside what happened to bitcoin?" can't those projects exist on there own?

It can be ascertained that the ICO will die, besides being difficult to collect money, the thing that makes investors afraid is that there are many ICO scams, they find it hard to believe anymore and choose to buy safer coins like bitcoin or ethereum.

without having to wait for the price of bitcoin to reach 1000 $ at this time people are not so interested in the existence of ico. they better divert to other investments that are more profitable 
For sure theres no chance to improve those ico coina right now. Because every ico is depends on the price of bitcoin to pump up. But i don't know what exactly will happen because the pricr of bitcoin now not even higher than the past years because we have lot of ico in that years.
ico has no correlation with bitcoin directly.investors prefer buying existing coins than investing in ico due to ico price performance.its very rate that ico price could rise in market.most of them dumped and make their investors suffering lot of loss. Maybe there will just be less attention to ICO projects, because because of the decline in the price of Bitcoin, there will be a decline in interest in the cryptocurrency
Ico now are not good at all because of scam ico or paused icos due to unpredictable cryptocurrency market situation, some ico are ongoing they tale the risk of falling the price of tokens after Exchanges.so its hard to know if it can make a lot of profits.
