in my opinion it will nothing change at all. Bitcoin ever hit that price and still ico come up . so no matter how much prices of bitcoin ico still here. maybe the value of ico will change.
If that happend maybe there is new coin/token will replace bitcoin place
so it no longer will depend on bitcoin market only. Cryptocurrency it not about bitcoin , so there is another option after bitcoin

Market is still leading by cryptocurrency leader Bitcoin. Market's upward or downward trend is highly depends on bitcoin price. If we compare the situation of mid 2017 and 2018, we can clearly see how the Bitcoin price (I would mark it as market price) directly impacted the ICO projects.
In 2018 i have seen some projects started their development and ICO with full confidence but due to bad or bear market conditions, could not raise enough funds and now dead after so much straggling.
So, Bitcoin price is having great influence not only on ICOs but on entire market of cryptocurrency. Unless we see new Bitcoin or I would name it as new market leader or market driver, we cant, ignore bitcoin price and the relation to ICOs.

Without the Bitcoin's falls, the ICO market dying already! Look at every ICO projects right now, recently Mobu did not raise even 100 bucks within two weeks! But if go look at the IEO, most of the trusted IEO tokens sold less than 20 minutes and Bittrex first IEO token sold out within 10 seconds! It's mean every investor moved out from ICO to IEO! No one interested to buy pump dump scheme ICO tokens, all are heading to IEO and take profit.
I'm wondering what will happen to ICO if bitcoin goes back to 1000$ plus per one to find its bottom? Will ICO start dying off ? Cos presently ICO is already suffering from market condition and I'm wondering what ICO fate would be it bitcoin falls further ,any thoughts???

For sure theres no chance to improve those ico coina right now. Because every ico is depends on the price of bitcoin to pump up. But i don't know what exactly will happen because the pricr of bitcoin now not even higher than the past years because we have lot of ico in that years.

if thats the case ico coins should pump for now becuase bitcoins value is already pumping . i dont join any ico so i wouldnt know . you can double check it by yourself maybe you only mislooked the price earlier .

bitcoins value might not be higher compare on the past values but there is always a chance that it can pump again in the future . i think that will also be the time that ico's will back on track . for a while , the best thing to do is stick on potential cryptos because they are more safer .
As you know various ICO's are not paying due to various are scams and some have not achieving soft cap and some are trusted,so before joining any ICO should be research.
We can summarize the crypto market situation as follows. ICOS projects need to exist and develop, it must depend on Bitcoin. Bitcoin has a big influence on the market. If the price of the bitcoin continues to fall it is really bad. ICOs will be very difficult to continue their projects. But I think whales will not let that situation happen. Because they can control the market . And if bitcoin falls, they will make it rise again
we just think positively, hopefully bad things won't happen here, there are a lot of things that bounties have done to promote a project to be successful, and hope that all will come back well there will be no fraud, the project will scam again so many things will be accepted by the bounty. work but without getting the results of his hard work.

ICO projects are not here based on the price of other currencies if they are means then those projects were created only for the purpose of money making. 
Most ICOs except some exceptional ones have been very weak in this long bearish market.
Almost ICO on 2017-2018 are already dead now, most of them are really scam ICO, fake team, fake whitepaper. If that project is good, then it should not on dumping even on bearish market. Because they are active on their project and have commitment. Bitcoin going down to $1000 looks very unlikely since that will mean another huge dump for the crypto market.
It's possible that Bitcoin can go $1000 or in worst, below $1000. That could be the black swan of crypto if that happens.
With what happen last year until today, many ICOs are postponing their projects and extending their private token sale because it may affect them seriously. We can expect ICOs that are being worthless if the price of btc will continue to go down.
