yah right now the price of bitcoin is 3,900$ almost all of ICO is suffering some ICO failed to reach softcap/hardcap, what if bitcoin goes back to 1000$ for sure ICO will die, hope that bitcoin price gets better so the ICO and bounty stay strong and continue to helps alot of people.

because with bitcoin everything stands or falls, i can well imagine that even icos fall with him or die out. but right now it does not look like bitcoin is falling to $1000. therefore you can not blame him for the extinction of icos.

At the moment, when the price of BTC goes to $4,100, the ICO still not improve. In my opinion, when the exchange rate of BTC rise to more than $10,000, the ICO must be recovered and not fail. So that I hope the situation of this market will be good in the future, in the next six months.

If price goes back to $1000 we will see more ICOs because the smart contracts would be cheaper and the way to distribute tokens will be cheaper too. But that will not make from ICOs a clean business most of them will end in scam as always.
Smart contracts are always cheap no matter what is the current price of bitcoins are . devs of those ico did not capitalize huge money to initially start their projects .
Now if btc drops in a much lower rate i believe ico's are still the same . they are still risky but the rewards can still be verry high if ever you found a legit one that turns to become succesful after how many months of running .

can be seen in recent months when the price of bitcoin continues to decline there are a lot of potential ICO projects that have the potential to fail and just die, it can be used as an example of conclusions if the price of bitcoin slumped back to $ 1,000. but I think it will never happen for bitcoin to return to that price, so don't worry too much for the future I'm optimistic everything will return to normal soon.

I doubt that bitcoin will fall to the price of $ 1000. If you imagine such a situation, then most likely all ICO will be closed) because no one will invest in them. 
ICO market will have died if the bitcoin price come to down at 1K USD! Anything can happen in the crypto market as it is unexpectedly volatile, But I don't think bitcoin will come to 1000 USD again! The crypto market trend is not good enough, the BTC price can go down under 3K USD! And for this bearish nature, many good projects stopped their selling or the postponed exchange listing! If the bitcoin price continues the downtrend then all the running ICO will be stopped and the ICO market may die!

Even with Bitcoin price at $4000, the ICOs have struggled to survive in the market. That implies they will further drift apart from their values if BTC falls further to $1000.
The ico market is already not working well. Cause in last few months we saw many scam project. They took money from the people and just disappeared. And then some project those failed at development stage after successfully ico phase. For this kind of reason ico market is dying. But of bt goes to 1k or less then it's hard for icos to be successful but they will next still their. Maybe the ratio of successful and failed ico will change. The failed icos will be more countable.

I just think this will make it more difficult for new ICO start up to raise the needed fund to finance the project, but If the project is well convincing enough it will the appropriate investors no matter the price of Btc.
if bitcoin falls further in my opinion it will further aggravate the situation of ico, even though ico is not dead, but I think it will be very difficult for ico to develop if bitcoin goes down.
Op why are you being such a pessimist the market conditions are improving and I don't think bitcoin will get so low as to a thousand dollars.

The main thing is not how much Bitcoin costs, and what is the trend now on the cryptocurrency market. If, after Bitcoin drops to 1000, prices in the market start to grow, then there will most likely be many people willing to invest in good ICO.
No one will clarify the reason of ICO's are getting to the bottom level in very short period of time and lots of time project will be continuously happened to the Crypto field so it will not been an good improvement for ICO to move on with more profitable way.
Perhaps we will never know about it, as bitcoin is growing again. But I think that this will lead to the fact that interest in cryptocurrencies will fall even more, and the number of fraudulent projects will increase. I hope that it will not come to this and the market will continue its recovery.
Yes, there will be nothing. If the projects do not die from scams. That bitcoin price does not affect further investment. Projects will be developed without Bitcoin. It's all about investors and community interest.
