If bitcoin returns to $ 1,000, the cryptocurrency market seems to have very few participants and ICO also has few investors, I don't think bitcoin will return $ 1000, if that happens, it seems the market will die .I'm wondering what will happen to ICO if bitcoin goes back to 1000$ plus per one to find its bottom? I donot think icos have anything to do with the price of bitcoin as far as any ico has raised its target funds then the price of btc does not matter rather the ico needs to work and provide superior product.
this will cause a big impact in the ICO specially in the market because it will suffer most and if that happened many project will going to held their tokens and distribution. this will also affect the investor and bounty hunters in their profit earning..

The ico will be more difficult to discover the demand but that's not only for ico but the whole of altcoins ecosystem but that was giving us a lot of chance to buy more. Ico and altcoin depend on the bitcoin and that was giving a lot of impact on the demand of these things.
Interesting question and never hits on my mind. We are now seeing huge sufferings from ICO last year and up until today since Bitcoin went down up to $3000. Every altcoins are following the bitcoin price movement so as the investors. I never observe ICOs when bitcoin was under $1000 but I could say that their era is now on the verge of death so I am pretty sure that this ICO scheme will be vanish if bitcoin falls below $1000. These ICO actually ruined the momentum of bitcoin.

ICO's who spent money on useless marketing will die anyways - people are no longer investing in stupid projects. We need projects that deliver technology

In fact ICOs now are nearly dead already, so the situation will be even worse then. But it is a good filter for ICO projects and ideas. Many good and strong ICOs are venture projects in fact that use crypto to collect funds.

I think even the price of bitcoin will drop 1000$ the ICO will not die especially if it has good platform and it is promising project. Most of the ICO now do not even reach the soft cap the tendency they will stop the ICO project. I think when the price of Ethereum goes down all ICO suffer from big losses.
if that happens most definitely many ico will follow, alresdy the market is too harsh for many of this ico's to survive, this has also led to the extension of many project to achieve their goal, so if btc miraculously drop to that extent, people will loss confident and ico's will suffer, except that project has something valuable to offer and there is demand for it.
Most likely, this will have a bad effect only on those projects that are already running, and those who will run on a fallen market will be able to fully raise money!
The fault with ICOs that die is lack of demand ,the power of demand matters a lot and if there is demand for every ICO then they won't die easily no matter how market condition worsen ,for ICO to survive any market condition it has to be a very demanding product

If bitcoin goes back down, icos would still exist
Ico is truly suffering, but in the bearish position worthwhile tokens have reached and surpassed their softcap and hardcap which tells you that for any ico project to survive; it must be real
We have not yet experienced that yet, but the ICO condition is so bad even if Bitcoin is on the $3000 level so I guess it will die a natural death but Bitcoin's price at that level is a huge opportunity for all of us, but will it ever go to that level.
I think it will affect much to the ICO. Big investors may leave the crypto space, but it's also give positive affect to the crypto, like only true believers will stay and those scammers will leave.

At the moment, the entire market is suffering because of bitcoin and ICO is no exception, but at the moment bitcoin is growing and shows a good prospect for altcoins. I may be wrong, but I don't believe it can drop to $ 1,000.

Exactly the ICO is dead. You do not need to wait for BTC to return $ 1000 to confirm that ICO is dead. For me, ICO died 6 months ago and it cannot bring profit to investors I think from now on we will see more and more security token offering instead of initial coin offering this space will be more regulated in the future -good luck for all 
I would agree. ICO's have lost respect and trust from so much foul play, which is unfortunate for the good ones but if they adhere to new regulations will likely take the route of STO instead.
In that scenario there would be absolutely no ICO or STO that could reach their goal. Right now it's very hard for any ICO to reach it since there is almost no one interested in ICOs anymore but if what you are saying happens, there will be impossible.
