I am not playing casinos that much and when I had played I didn't met any issues so I never had any experience with the support team.But I think most of the gambling sites have good support team and I think in FJ it is easy to catch up the support team because they are having discord channel as well so it might helpful to get instant replies.And most of the reputed sites will have good support team too that is why they are popular.
I agree. I was played in two gambling sites based in crypto, I haven't any problem with them, also support are very good, You can reach it easily whether live chat or with email. I think that the most of gambling sites have a good support, they will help you whatever the situation.

I think that there's still room for improvement, although the support is usually at average level. Online casinos are part of the new group of businesses that emerged in the era of social media and online advertising so they have to take care of their customers because they are the ones who leave feedback online.
Compare it to normal companies that were paying for billboards and radio and tv commercials. What would happen if every user was able to voice opinion in the same media, like go on TV and say their support sucks and be heard by everyone. The Internet gives you this ability.

You totally contradicts yourself. How can you say that online casino support is shit if you haven't had any experience with any one of them? And as far as what you have read, you must be referring to withdrawals, of course casinos need to verify everything before paying the customers specially if it involves big amount.

Fortunejack is one of the best their live support will get back to you if you have any issues regarding your deposit or withdrawal. Of course I got the reply saying that they can't process the transaction and I have to wait. But eventually I got my funds exactly the day given to me by their support.

Yeah you are right I will also never support cypto casinos because I my eyes gambling is bad thing as all the people think it is, so if it is in paper money, crypto or anything else is not supported. All your bitcoin or any other Altcoin will be taken away by casino and you will never understand their tricks. It is better to avoid gambling if it is online or regular.

Also, it is good if casino has live support to solve problems faster, sometimes waiting for email can be painful.

If I remember correctly, they had some kind of problem with bonus system last year but as far as I know all problems have been resolved and all players have been payed.

maybe some of them give a slow response. and that's what we get upset about when we meet some of the support. and all I feel is a sportsbet that gives a quick response to our every complaint.
Not only sportsbet to have fast support response but also in Fortunejack and Bitlser they do respond quick and you can address to them on whats you problem in site that you have experience, there are lots of casinos which do have good supports yet this should be main focused because most of us will always prefer or do like it incase on experiencing troubles. That probably happened if a casino is reputed and well known to the community and the forum, the best casino is also best in a support team that's a being good in a casino. The most important to look in a casino is an active support in case of any troubled there are quick actions.

You make a good point here, I guess it's all about competition. There are many  online casinos that are crowding the market now and I think its competition that is making them all work well. And those who have intentions of making things right are those who want to stay in the gambling market for a very long time. For those who want to make quick, they dig in immediately only to dig out again. For the good once, they have effective support because of competition.

The good ones will always stand out in the flock. There are casinos that hold a huge reputation and literally nothing can strike them down and there are casinos that are not so and are scraping for customers using every other method possible. I wont name any but such examples are everyone in the forum itself.

Competition is good and it makes people aware of the amount of pressure the owners of one casino can handle over others. The one which listens to the customers while still maintaining diplomacy is the one that rules.

I don't usually complain and contact a support if I experience some problem and I rarely raise complains when I gamble so I don't have anything to say on this part.

Well probably for more established and pioneer crypto casinos like nitrogen, betcoin and fotunejack, their support team is decent at the least. Every casino's support has flaws and once in a while there will be unhappy customers but it's part of this industry.

Support is a must especially for high risk gamblers, and they are aware now how easily users accused scams whenever they dont do actions or response in every users query, they need to adjust and to make acions as much as possible to ease the doubt of players and once that casino took it into priority on making their support easy to contact with. They will sure get loyal users and supporters.

I agree and having a good support is a essential for a business because they handle every customers needs and without them business won't operate smoothly especially when money is the most concern. I encounter before some rude support in a not so well-known online casinos and they got it to my nerves thinking a small issue can't resolve. So in the end I spam their chat support and their superior handle my issue. WTH.

We are entering in a new world where everything would be a part of technology even the currency, bitcoins and other altcoins. You have not had any experience with them but you concluded that they are all giving shit. Would that not be an hypocritical statement considering you are even wearing the signature of a gambling site? Most times that blame is always given to the support sites, the fault is from the users not following instructions and not reading the terms in addition to everybody complaining about the same thing (withdrawal issues with variances) and that is why their response always seems generic.

FortuneJack is one response that is fast that I experienced though which was even my own fault at the time. Another that I have involved with are bits sports betting and response was equally not too delayed. On the average, aside from those who are clearly out to scam, they will surely respond.

I have had many experiences with casino supports, sometimes asking a question or needing help with a transaction and i think the quality of the support depends on the popularity of the site, some have a large support team others might have a couple of people, some will answer you instantly others might take a while, but in the end they all answer, overall i don't think that they are in any way different from the support from regular casinos.
