I typically receive a response within an hour or two in most cases, and they've also got a sizeable community presence. English is good on their support, nothing bad on the grammar side and support keeps things short and concise.
Crypto-Games has also been good with support in my experience, though I have not touched them since about a year ago. Things most likely haven't changed much from then, though.

I do not think anything about them, I just contact support if I have a problem on their website and do not question about crypto to them, even though that website uses crypto to gamble. The support is shit for most casinos i haven't had any experience but from what i have seen they are just giving a same message whenever it's related to payment no matter what you need to open a scam accusation against them in order to resolve the issue so support is completely useless according to me
