I think you should choose the good one aand hold them for a long time to wait for the price to be high.

Maybe you should to sell and reinvest in more trusted altcoin or just hodl for better time, when market will go up again.

I never just hold my coin for the long term. Every time I tried to grow stock of my holding coin. so why I have to do the trade. but never I take the risk for that. I just placed a huge price based sell order and when the price filled again I placed a new buy order at a low price. In this way I made growth my curent holding coin amount.
