Both Idea and capital is important to start business we need capital to buy goods and services and ideas to develop the business .Every business need profit with out profit no business can run long time .Like wise every business need both capital and ideas to improve the business.

It is obvious that most people will say important thing in creating business is a large capital but in some aspect you need a big or bright idea on how you handle or manage your business to make it grow.
If you have lots of money as capital but you dont know how to operate your starting business then your capital will be lost or trash.
Even you have a small capital but you know how to make it big then you are in the right track of managing a business.

although both are very important in starting a business but I think the big idea is more important, because by having a good idea you will know how best to benefit from the business you run. if you just mengandalakn large capital without any good ideas I think it is useless. your money will sooner or later be exhausted because you have no ideas or ideas to make your business grow rapidly. If you look into reality,the only important thing when starting a business is capital.Idea or other necessity can be bought by money,you can pay some expert to advise you about your new business.I know big idea is important but it just an idealism,without capital,you can start nothing.

if you have no big idea but you have big capital i think you still can run your own bussiness because you just only looking for the person who have big idea and invite them to joining with you but if you only have big idea without big capital of money i think it's more difficult to find the investors so this time my answers is to starting a business big capital is necessary

for me both is important in order to have a good business, which is you should make some idea and strategy for it to assure it will become successful business in the future. But of course capital is the most important when it comes to planning a business 'cause being lack of capital is the common problem, what u mean that is the reason behind why some business man abandon their business. Which is you cant even start what's you want to do because of being have no sufficient capital. So if you're planning a successful business in the future make sure you already built a great idea and capital before you start.

I think its a mix of both big ideas and a big capital when starting a business but it would also depend on what kind of business you want to put up with. But more of like big ideas though because the capital will just soon follow once you already have an idea of what to put up.

Big Idea is tye most important by starting a business, because when you are starting a business you need first tour bug idea because even if you business is a small capital, it was okay, because if you have an idea , just don't you ever give up That your business will become a big capital.

many have already commented and gave their opinion, I will speak based on my experience, some time ago I had a small capital to start a business... the problem was what business could I start? I had no idea what business I could start, I ran out of ideas for months, I looked for ideas for some business and nothing. I started getting frustrated ... It seems easy to get an incredible idea of some business, but it is not easy to have an idea about a business.
so my answer is: Big Idea.

Big Idea. An idea that will definitely earn back your capital. Big capitals are wasted because of nonsense businesses. They've only wasted money. There are some businesses that didn't need big capital but gained a lot because the idea clicked.

I think Big Idea is the best, and if you are eager to achieve it, to have it in your arms ,communication will help, in terms of having so much people whom you know you can owe whenever you need help, I think businessmen apply this one also, so if they are going to be in trouble probably they can have redemption. Big Idea has a huge possibility to grow, and yes capital helps but without strategic method this will not happen.

Capital is important. Part of the reason the USA leads in start-ups is because they have a huge venture capital industry eager to invest in new ideas. In the rest of the world you are lucky to persuade a bank manager to give you a small loan for your new business, and many good ideas just never get implemented because there is no capital behind them.

I think the idea must be the same weight as the capital, it's proportional since you really need
both to pull it off. A great idea only signifies big capital to produce and deliver big results and
hopefully bigger profits. These days the capital is more important, since most of the business
that are sprouting out can be easily conceived and imitated. Business is a competition after all,
the bigger and brighter the idea and capital, the better the business potential.

Business is not something which can be done with only one of the option you have mentioned. It needs both and thats my perspective of looking at it.
Big Idea :
In any business this forms the basis of the whole business. If you know what you are going to do then obviously you need to confirm that with your idea. There are 100's of them but the unique one always stands out and people always need something new. Even if it is selling of burger on the street then you need idea on how to do it in different way so that people can choose your burger! Honestly it means a lot to me. So you need to get started with idea for sure.
Big Capital?
Now, capital is the thing that will depend on what kind of business you are going to do. If it is something really big then obviously you cant let go that Big word and off course big capital as well.
Capital forms the stage of your business which will support the whole structure of the business and will help you build it the way you represent it in the idea. So this is why both of them are important.

If you (occasionally) got a big capital and want to start your first business without a good idea most probably you will loose your capital. So good idea is more important.

I think the answer is pretty much obvious. Of course you have to have a large capital in order to make your big idea feasible. Big ideas do not secceed with little efforts, especially money as capital. Yes we can make big ideas first, but it should be accompanied by small plans and plan B's. By achieveing those small plans you shall achieve your Big idea
Not at all times because if you saw the big ideas here like in crypto many were trying to create a token for aidrop with their ideas in the whitepaper withoit spending big capital and they can even make the ideas bigger once they earn much money. You don't need big amount of money if you have big ideas ideas can create big money if you would just believe on its possibilities.

Both Idea and Capital are essential. but Idea needs to come first before capital, Regardless which one is more important.
I choose to have big idea to start anything, because I will take control of what I start. Capital can come from investors who has interest in my idea. oppositely, if I have capital for business, I need to find idea to start. I need to trust the idea's owner to run the business. it feels like a gamble in trusting some one else on my capital.
