probably a big mistake that they do so they stop using bitcoin, besides that they also hate bitcoin. I doubt they use bitcoin well, it's because they made a mistake and do not want to try again

there are various reasons why people stop of bitcoin yeah probably one of the reasons as you say, and maybe it was the most common? people have greed and their use bitcoin for risky activities like gambling? they think could have doubled their money on gambling. but they produce only becomes insolvent then they become desperate ??

These are all indeed reasons why Bitcoin's adoption is not exploding at the moment.
Point 1 can be fixed with better development in ease of use.
Point 2 and 3 are mostly created by the media and the ones in power.Therefore a change here will need much more time.
The last point also is one where patience is needed.When people realize the advantage/benefits of Bitcoin they will use it.

I think there are a couple of things keeping the average joe from using bitcoin:
- It's too difficult/technical
- It's gets associated with drugs and terrorism
- Some people think it's a scam or a ponzi
- People don't like change

I think the only newcomer who fear scammer? If you've entered and experienced in bitcoin. you will never be afraid to scammers. because you know how to avoid it? avoid invetsasi who do not have a clear business. or avoid investment sites doubler. it will keep you on scammers

Yeah definitely. There are lots of people out there who think that bitcoin is dangerous and the software is a malware and will damage your computer. Or, the may not trust the bitcoin system.

Some people also think that bitcoin is a ponzi scheme. But it's not.

Yes it can be difficult for them to recognize bitcoin and can not use. In addition they might not have the time and have a better income in the real world. There are various reasons that make people stop using bitcoin.

Yeah, most people in third world countries don't even have the basic access to internet or electricity, let alone bitcoin. They would worry more about their day to day lives than to think so far into the future.

Bitcoin is currently viewed as an investment for most people. And they think it's risky. That's why they're not using bitcoin as a currency.

Yeah the scams from the community definitely do not help. No way to get your money back so once a scammer gets it it's gone. That's why there are a lot of scammers in Bitcoin unfortunately. Good thing the community works very hard to warn people about things that don't seem right to try and prevent newer people into Bitcoin from getting scammed and saying "screw this".

There are so many reasons why people stop from using bitcoin and this is being considered also.
But it is not good to see also that bitcoin is being use for illegal things but also real money.

When something is used for the better, there will always be those who will use it for worse. It's inevitable. Bitcoin is like money, and with money we can get literally everything because money isn't good nor bad. It's neutral and what influences is the holder.

losing in gambling has nothing to do with leaving bitcoin. if you lose in gambling you should leave gambling.

bitcoin is so much more than gambling and things like that. bitcoin is a currency and a good investment all other things are just side product of bitcoin itself.

Right now, many people see it as an internet currency, so gambling is one of the few ways people can earn BitCoin without actually "earning" it themselves. So they turn to gambling. Me personally, never even been on a gambling site.
