That reason is so simple and maybe not a very big deal if you ar ea serious bitcoin collector, scams would just be a lesson learned, and losing in gambling is another one...

But anyway, the only thing I see that stops people from using bitcoin is knowledge and most of all tools(computer and internet)...

If the price of bitcoin becomes very low then people might buy a lot of bitcoins and wait until bitcoin's price go back to a high value.

Yes, they have to wait a long time. That's what people need to do if they want to sell it in a higher price. Bitcoin's price doesn't just sky rocket frequently. If you can't wait for a long time or you're impatient, then buy and selling bitcoin isn't for you.

The falling of the value of biitcoin is stopping people to adopt bitcoin, whenever the price is going to decrease then no one is there to see their money decreasing and they withdraw every bit of their coins to fiat.

No. If they cared for low value why people still get hooked back in the price of cents per single coin. It's not because of the price that's why they still use it back then. The system around bitcoin is truly amazing that's why they have some nice source to believe.

And i think thats what stopping for people they afraid of they stake they will lose money because of price downing of bitcoin ots not really possible for bitcoin because it relays om its user the more user the bigger the price, and also people are afraid to take risk because they dont have proper education about bitcoins and dont know were to go and how to earn with it, another instance is there afraid the system they are afraid that their wallet will be hack because its floating money in web world.

Oh yes! It can do what I needed. I have been transacting a lot lately and it happens to make it more comfortable since I knew this bitcoin. Sending some money to relatives and seeing that is also more convenient for them now. It is fast and they just need the account number and password and then withdraw it in an ATM machine.

Indeed, of course people won't use what they don't know how to use. They wouldn't waste their money buying bitcoin 'coz they'd think it's a scam or smth especially that it's done online.

Some people dislike the fact that bitcoin takes 20-30minutes before the confirmation comes. It's not a reason why people stop using bitcoin though. It's just one of the disadvantages of BTC transact. If this one will be solved in the future, I think there would be more people using bitcoin.

People think that bitcoin isn't real and they don't believe that earning and spending thru an online currency is just a myth for them.

And some of them thinks that bitcoin is used for illegal activities , gambling(definitely) and for buying drugs.

That are reasons I think people don't use btc.

If bitcoin's acceptance in developed countries is not yet widespread, what more can we expect from those third world countries, mine included. Although we are not that far behind in terms of technology, the awareness level of people is not there yet. People here would rather stick with traditional forms of payments, even if it means having to queue for an hour just to pay bills. Unless someone initiates a social campaign to raise public awareness about the benefits of using bitcoin, it would lag behind fiat in terms of support and patronage.

Yeah, the people are more powerful than the governments, and the governments have to work for the benefit of people, so now as in the usage of bitcoin people are getting some good profit even the unemployed people have found a good job online to earn some profit for their living the government have to accept bitcoin as a legal currency, and we hope it will happen sooner.

It would surely happen, government will have no other choice then accepting it and making it a legal currency when all the people of a country starts using it for buying things or etc.
And that time would come soon as bitcoin gets adopted by resources in practical world.

I tried to explain to my dad where bitcoins come from and how it works and he could not wrap his mind around it. He wasn't interested at all in trying to use bitcoin because it was so unknown and probably scary to him. Keep in mind, he can hardly use his newest iPhone too.

Government in other countries doesn't adopts bitcoin but rather allowing the transaction there. If it's adopts it will be taxed. If it just allowed then no worries for tax. Adoption is different from allowing.

Yes I too guess it is a kind of confusing how the people claims that the government knows that the citizens are making use of bitcoin, and try to prevent them from the use of it. But, from what I think, it might be that they check those bitcoin sites, and any of them that is accepting their country, they will immediately warn them to stop accepting the “so” country. Because I don’t see how else they will know.

Even by banning bitcoin, government already make bitcoin adoption slower.
There won't be any legal exchange, merchants who accept bitcoin and some citizens won't try to use/have bitcoin.

They can halt bitcoin adaption, but they can't take control over bitcoin or destroy bitcoin.
