My biggest problem with Bitcoin is, I don't know where the easiest and the safest place to keep it.
I want to use the Bitcoin core, but my PC couldn't handle it. So I use an online wallet, but I don't know if it's safe enough. Sad

I have no doubt this is the biggest issue with bitcoin.

Except for people looking at it from the outside who never actually owned bitcoin. They may see the volatile prices or lack of backing etc. But the actual real main concern is the security issue.

For bitcoin to be used by average joe, it needs to be as simple as email ,facebook etc. stop confusing people with technical terms like private keys, multisig etc

but it is simple, they only need to know that an address is like an iban of your credit card or debit card, and on top of that you need to make a copy of your wallet.dat, all the other fancy stuff, like trezor, lightwallet, paper wallet ecc.., are just annoying things that distract

one thing that should be added to help newbies, is the thing about the 100 address of the mempool, basically after 100 address if you do not save your wallet(if you recieve income), you can lose bitcoin, the client should warn you that you are near the critical amount

there's a lot of details left in your post

If you are using core, a newbie doesn't know he has to use a single different address each time if he wants privacy, doesnt know that he may need to mix coins and control his coin output to not mix your own coins for added privacy, doesnt know he needs a wallet.dat everytime he generates a new receiving address... and the list goes on.

newbie do not search for anonimity, if they still prefer to use their credit card, i think you can leave this behind, and it does not need a wallet.dat for every new address, this is a BS, you can just generate as many address as you want with one wallet.dat only

My biggest problem was the wallet which i should use? Because, i can't trust any wallets except bitcoin core Roll Eyes. But if i use bitcoin core, i've to wait untill it sync. (its about ~21GBs of data) for that i've to wait at least 2 to 3 months Shocked (due to my connection and some other factors).

And also if i use bitcoin core, there's another problem i.e., some malwares and trojans.  Sad

If you're from a software development group, why would your code a wallet long with an antivirus(may be a new antivirus or along with any/someother trustable existing antivirus)? with full control over my BTC like bitcoin core?

Is this possible? If yes, implement it  Smiley

i don't see any reason not to trust other wallets, since they are open source and anybody can review the wallet's code. for example Electrum which i use is good and reliable.

and i want to add that the whole blockchain is much more that 21 GB if i am not mistaken it is around 40GB now.
There are plenty of reasons available to not to  trust wallets. Yes! I've to trust the code. Yes! you said, i/anyone can review their wallet's code. Yeah! I've accepted, but the problem strats there. Because i don't know anything about codings and even programming is not even my profession then how can i review their codes and trust them? Now tell me how to trust those wallets. And also i told bitcoin core also in an vulnerable environment. That's why i was mentioned bind bitcoin wallet with some antivirus program.

The biggest issue is the volatility and I think that's what scares a lot of people off, but at the same time its that volatility that is very attractive to speculators and thus the potential for profit. For the average user who may wish to use it as a currency though it can be scary for them.

This is what I thought for the first time Im doing trading bitcoin, I scare about the volatility but at last I think without any volatility I dont think I can get good profit. With this volatility we can earn every time and get much profit from it

The biggest problem is, I can't spend my bitcoin in any real shop that accept it in my city, so I must exchange it to fiat before if I want to buy a stuff. I hope there will be real shop that accept bitcoin sooner.

I dont know about your city but there are plenty shop that accept bitcoin as their payment out there and from what I heard they also build some ATM machine for some people to get their bitcoin too from a mall so I guess some shops will open in no time. Cheer up  Grin

Bigggest problem Bitcoin has right now is Mike and Gavin. Other than that it's doing pretty awesome.
Would welcome any software that simply mutes anything these two clowns do.

lets just yes bitcoin is not perfect but comparing it to the opportunities it offers to other payment systems mostly centralize this is enough for the community to work together and make bitcoin a better software and network has everything does over time, with the experience developers gain over time and bitcoin will become better.

confirmation time Cheesy

it should be pointed out that this is only a real issue in phisical shop not online
because for me waiting a bit for online shopping or online transfering isn't a problem
and you can always speed it up, with more fee

Security. All the rest will come naturally if security issues are solved.

security issue can be solved quite easy if there will be central authority that fuction as a online wallet, like bank for bitcoin
because otherwise i can not see a real security issue, you only need to use a safe device to do your transaction
do you agree on this?

The only problem I feel is its start, I am talking here about the wallet.
It should verify the blocks and get started early, but it takes too much time as compared to other alts that we use.
