I think an adult person should have the right to have a gun if that person can successfully pass some tests on mental health. And in the case that person is caught doing anything illegal or showing mental unstability the gun should be confiscated immediately.

There are rules, regulations, and law governing the ownership of guns. I think, you will not have a gun if you do not have the license to own one. And if you have any documents to show that you really needed one for you to own a gun. But of course, we knew that there were people who illegally manufactures gun for their own sake.

Actually, the people of America are waking up to the power that they have in common law. They have the power to put down anything that the government does. They have it through the basic parts of the law, the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Once the people understand their strength, government will have to toe the line, or the people will take down any governmental officials that don't. Study "jury nullification."
I also think it is not right to blame the Kremlin. But the fact that Russia is now conducting a cold war against the entire democratic world that's for sure. Now comes the attack on America via Trump.

I believe that guns are not weapons, they are tools. How they are used is up to the person holding it.

This is a serious issue. I think gun control is not practical everywhere. What are the alternatives? Police can't be everywhere. Your place is a good reason why gun laws shouldn't be the same everywhere in my opinion.For example. The 2nd Amendment is fundamental law in America.
