My biggest problem in bounty was over my stakes are not updated but I continue doing reports. Some uses name and email address so that they can double their entry. Other projects are not paying the bounty hunters for their work for them. They are a lot of the scammed.
you can take action by making a complaint on their telegram. I also sometimes see a stake that hasn't been updated and they give a statement about the problem

Imagine if the person did this more than 1 time in the same campaign, then how much profit could he take?

Bounty hunters first problem when applying Bounty Campaigns is the spammers that copying usernames and profile links,they are very hassle we cannot apply directly because we need to report them to the assign Managers to ban them,and also we spend time,effort and hardwork to finish our task but in the we cannot get payments because the project is scam that is Bounty problems.

I am also disappointed with a failed project. I took part in a bounty project for two months or more and it turned out that after I finished I didn't get a salary, so I felt I lost a lot of time and my hard work had no results. I am very sad and cry if I follow the failed project.

At present, many bounty hunters have had problems with bonuses. May not be rewarded because it's a Scam project. Or get too late for the tokens to be out of order ... I was so disappointed when this happened!

That may be when the market goes down, the wages are low and the project expands without raising wages. That is a bad thing. Although this job is quite gentle to me, it often makes me lazy and slower than ever.

I used to encounter these problems to but now I tried to particpate only in campaigns in which I knew the managers were good and updated. Saves you the trouble of asking a lot when you know thr rules of the manager.

One of the biggest problem for me when participating in bounties, especially in the signsture campaign is the deletion of posts, in which usually happens to me when in the end of the week and make me lack my posts. Aside from that, Im all fine.

Bounty hunting is risky we all know that and the possible risks are something like we left unpaid or might be paid with shitcoins. Projects maybe failed or turn out to be a scam could hurt and broke us bounty hunters and left us no choice and move on. That is where abuse begins as some developers or team grab this opportunity as they notice that there is no regulation of ICO's they will do that again and again to bounty hunters. Though not all of these ICO's did that way but one thing is for sure they make it as business. 
My problem at this time in bounty work is to choose a trusted bounty and be able to provide big profits, because there are too many bad bounty projects out there. I am often not paid by the bounty project or the manager itself. for personal matters, my problem is that sometimes there are still bounty projects that are not clear in providing information and rules. lack of transparency in the distribution of stakes (calculation only at the end), distributions that are often delayed long enough and ultimately do not have a clear market makes me sometimes lazy to work on many bounties at once.
I do feel lazy at times when doing bounties, but the reward afterwards always keeps me going till the end.

My only problem with bounty is that I often do not get payment from the bounty and it really makes me disappointed because the results of my hard work for several months did not get any results, but I am still excited to work on the bounty because I am sure someday I will definitely get bounty payments that can cover the bounty that doesn't pay me.

Sometimes i am being disappointed and go lay low everytime bounty campaign fails. All the hardwork are being wasted. Some bounty managers are not timely in updating and counting stakes. I hope rules would include the assurance of the bounty participants.
I got different problem in bounty... Sometime I feel very week to work, the most painful thing is working for months and at the end I end up receiving shit token or left with nothing. Also selling coin receive at dump price.
The biggest obstacle is not if we focus on working on the gift because all this time the conditions they give are normal, nothing makes it difficult for us, maybe the hardest obstacle if we don't get what we have done so far with maximum results because of getting a fraudulent project maybe the only obstacle I experienced was how to get a project that was not a scam.

my problem when i undergo a bounty and sometimes feel lazy to do or work in bounty is :
1. stake bounty that has never been updated so I don't know whether my job is accepted or rejected.
2. when I took part in the bounty and at the time of the stake calculation, I was disappointed that the number of stakes that I should get did not match the number of the calculation (smaller) and when I protested with the bounty manager, he ignored it.
3. reduction in the number of bounty allocations, when the bounty is completed and when the ICO is successful (for example from an allocation of 3% to only 1% of the total sales).
