current price of bitcoin is still around $9000 and the highest price before the price collapsed is $20 k so I think this is a very good moment to buy because the price of bitcoin has not been back to a price of $20 k more. Before you buy so late bitcoin as much as you can.

you bought bitcoin on a bad time. don't buy it when the price is increasing. buy it when the price falling.
that is the basic principle. if you buy it with low price, you have a high possibility to sell at the high price later. simple.

The perfect time to buy bitcoin is when its price is getting lower such like what happen a month ago, its price is starting to go down so some of the bitcoin users are start to buy a bitcoin but at that point it is better to hold your bitcoin than selling it in a lower price.
