I think that OP already understood from the answers that the best period to invest in crypto already has been started. The coins recover slowly and the prices go higher, so buy it right now.
The best time to buy is today, because if we don't buy today maybe tommorow the price will rise up high and we cannot afford to buy or invest on some good or potential coin in the crypto feild. I believe that we need to be more patience because the market is now slowly rising and maybe few months from now the price of the crypto coin may rise up high.
I am sometimes confused, when I want to choose good coins (potential). I have a plan to trade as far as small scale capabilities. My question for now is how to find out or analyze good coins and not. By having a good long term. Please share your experience. I really appreciate each of your opinions.

Actually there is no buy time for altcoin, it will always be open for the people who wants to buy altcoin because exchange is available 24 hours.

With the unfavourable market conditions we have seen in recent times, I think that the best time to buy a coin especially for long term holders is in an exchange after the ICO, price usually falls then and you can get it quite cheap.

Waiting for bull run to come or at the glance of bull might not be the best. The concern most times is , how are you sure it is bull run that is coming? Now all what you need to do feel when it start!
The best in my opinion, should be that you try to research for good coin at a price that you feel is low and not wait for bull run to come before you do that. Do not be surprised, that your timing of bull run might not be the best.
