There is no right time in crypto investing. If you are buying for the long term and the market has not been pumping, it is good to go. Especially when market has dipped so much, I think it is a good time to buy.

as of now what you should be looking at the GITHUB commits and other things on the road map cause with this bear market some might have already died or almost due to lack of funds check those who have raise 20-30mil they probably have another 3-5 years before running out of funds that is your best bet

I think its the best time to invest in the major coin, if you think to invest into alts, beware of their project, make sure it will evolve in two or three years after, IMHO the alts project that will evolve next is company who develope blockchain 4.0.
But, everyone had their mind, follow your heart, and don't forget to use cold money if you wanna take invest

Anytime is a good time to invest if ou do it in stages or at regular intervals. It follows the principal over dollar cost averaging that all of the savings and investment plans preach to you. You spend a set amount each week or month and if crypto drops during the period you will be able to buy more coins for the same investment. If you want to buy as a one off then you are stuck trying to time the bottom of the market and good luck with that.
