Data hints or whatever it is, nothing could really predict BTC because it is really very volatile in it`s price fluctuation. Technical Data could maybe help sometimes but it does not really give the best data or prediction, although it maybe more accurate than others. But you could buy now because it is still dip at all, I am sure btc will rise sooner or later.

Technically you should buy whenever you have the money.
If you buy 1BTC when it's 7500$, then 1BTC when it's 7000$, then 1BTC when it's 6000$ in the end you'll have 3BTC=20.5k invested.
That's 20.5/3=6.8k per BTC.
The point is to lower your average investment per BTC and you'll have more when it goes up.
I use the same strategy with alts.
