I have a feeling this was the last big and final shake out. I foresee a positive ETF ruling on September 30th and then it will be manipulation in the opposite direction. This manipulation is usually much more well received.
For me,i don't know when will the market increase.But surely by December almost all of the price value in the market will bounce back.

I would say just hold because we never knew when market start increasing. And only those who patient to gain profit and it's good to buy crypto at these cheap price.
I think there are big players in the market and only they know when, what and to what price will grow. They can raise the course or reset it.

Yes, I agree with you. ETF is postponed until September 30th so I also think the prices will rise up after that date. I believe ETF will be approved due to crypto currency has a lot of advantages

all cannot be predicted when the market will increase, observe the movement of bitcoin how will it be in the future. to hold the altcoin for too long now it can't be profitable to sell when there is little profit and buy again when the price starts to fall.

We cant know when market increases because it is future if we say exact date most probably it will be wrong, but there is certain one thing we will see increases and bulls of course. And waiting for them.
