If gambling turns out to be stressful thing for you then it would really be just that right that you should really be stopping on doing it if you dont like to mess up  your life with
or would really be resulting into health problems because constant experience of these stress can cause health problems on which this is something that we dont really like to happen.

All of those things mentioned on OP are really that actually really just that right that you would really be needing to consider because gambling is never been that
totally created for those things specially on making it as an income on which it would really be bringing up a disaster into your life.
This is why it would be best that you should really know on when to stop when you are already gradually derailing yourself.

Besides, I can't decipher the reason for the sleep and hunger remark here, it shows that the gambler is not just serious in my opinion. Why would you be gambling when you are sleeping? That lacks seriousness and could only mean addiction in some senses to me. You have to leave one for the other to avoid issues for yourself. What if you wanted to press $20 when you are wagering, but mistakingly pressed $200 due to the sleep? That is why it is good to be active before gambling, and gambling should never be done by force, we can postpone it till another day.

But for the hunger remarks, it is baseless to me. Hunger is not what you can't control or postpone the eating time. This is peculiar to workers, and mind you, many people are fasting and still very active and concentrate on their jobs and deliver better than those who did not fast. Needless to say, gambling is not what you do and takes several hours for it, you may gamble for a few hours and later eat which makes it not so much of an issue to me.

Exactly, usually someone who has entered the addiction phase or those who are walking towards the addiction phase have an excessive way of gambling such as in terms of time and also in terms of money they allocate to gambling, they cannot resist everything that looks tempting and usually they always assume that "it is an opportunity that must be utilized" which is actually nothing more than a temptation so that they can continue gambling which will make them forget how to go home which in the end always ends in disappointment because the results are not suitable. On the other hand I am sure that there are some of them who realize that they have lost a considerable amount of money but that does not make them think of quitting because they usually have higher hopes and beliefs and always believe that the next time they will definitely win, it is a stupid mindset.

Usually I don't involve myself in gambling when I'm hungry because at that time I'm mentally tired and don't pay much attention to the gambling bet.

Yes, gambling is not a source of income. That's we must remember when we playing gambling so we don't chase the win because that will difficult to us. If we can used gambling as an entertainment, we will have any intention to makes money from gambling and only wants to have fun in our spare time.
