But do you know that gambling is what it is and other games or hobbies are what they are. Gambling is quite different from hobby, some people gamble not because of the game they are gambling on is a hobby but because they want to make money from it except you don't believe much more gamblers are there for the money. So it is quite different that you have a hobby different from your gambling habit. Having a separate hobby is different to say having additional hobby because you want to avoid gambling at some point, some gambler can't resist gambling because they are doing that for the money.

I think that very often people try to get back their lost money, which leads to even greater losses. Then the person stops counting the lost money and any win, even a big one, no longer suits him. I agree with you that at such a moment it is very important to take a break and step away from games for a while, look at it from the outside and draw conclusions. In the end, realize that betting and gambling are games of luck, that is, a person can calculate everything, do everything correctly, but still lose money.

Even if realistic, we must make sure that the investment can works as we wants. Many investment programs can't gives the interest as we wants and that makes us feels being trick but with make sure everything, we will knows what we must do. Besides that, if we can gets a good investment in the casino, we can hopes that we can make a profit in the future and our waiting time is worth for that. That's why we must search for the casino that can gives that profit to us and they don't lie to us so we can make a profit from the investment programs on the casino. But if we thinks that the casino can't gives the profit as we wants, we don't have to force ourselves to join with their investment programs because we can search for the other casino to join the investment.

Exactly , when you are short of cash is not the brightest idea to gamble with the little  you have. Because there's high chances that , that Same individual may endup losing that little funds, even though there may be chances he or she may endup hitting the jackpot with the last funds with them ,  But still it doesn't worth it.


This is normally due to one of the common emotion we can find in gambling and in some  other means in earning  in this space. Which is called greed, most time losses may lead to the triggering of greed of wanting to get back all they have loss . Which may lead them in gambling nonstop till they recover those losses back but most time things may turnout not going their way . Which may endup doubling their losses more . So in such scenario is better to stop for a while after making some losses in your gambling sections.

You did a great summary with your writings and I just want to add that, gambling with emotionsis another big challenge that with should avoid and what I mean by this is that, we shouldn’t gamble because we are sad or happy or being triggered to do so without a proper analysis of the games we want to bet on.

Chasing after losses has also been one of the greater challenges of a gambler over the time and from my personal research, one thing that makes people chase after their losses is because they always gamble with the money they’re not willing and ready to loss  and I personally think, the moment we gamble with what we can afford to loss, we’re already half way to fighting a lot of gambling crisis.

Yeah a gambler needs to prevent themselves from gambling when under pressure. Because at that time they usually don't have the ability to think carefully and only act according to what they think at that time. Usually in these conditions, gamblers find it difficult to concentrate and they will make wrong decisions which will only worsen their losses. Due to the wrong impression, it has on people, who think they'll win big by gambling with no caution, the niche is now flooded with reckless players. With an endlessly increasing number due to a lack of precautionary measures to regulate how these people waste their time and money.

It's never simple to meddle with one's time in the pursuit of lost money. Hence, the gambling process begins to get weary, yet the gambler doesn't stop playing easily. This could have been the best time to stop. But, as mentioned above, to get rid of gambling is not simple. The process is not easy. At some point, not a one-man fight. This may be true for those that are on the earliest stages of an addiction, but I can assure you, once enough time has been spent in that state, most people will realize that they are addicted, as at some point they will get tired of all the problems their addiction bring them and they will finally make an attempt to stop, and that is when they will realize that even when they are making their best effort to stop they are unable to do it, and when that happens that will be a huge psychological hit, since they will realize in what kind of dangerous situation they really are.

Someone who is addicted to gambling may not realize that he is addicted to gambling. He will find himself gambling more and more often without knowing that he is addicted to gambling. He did not try to introspect because he felt it was unnecessary. This is what people must be aware of so that they do not get deeper into gambling and can get out of their gambling addiction. Gambling games can be exciting but can also make someone complacent because they want to get more pleasure from gambling.

Certainly agree with all of your bullet points of when not to gamble here.  I think too many people gamble for the exact reasons that you listed to NOT gamble for here.  Especially the one about regaining losses.  I think this may be the  number one worst time for people to gamble, or worst habit I should say, and is in my opinion probably the most common.  Stay safe out there people!

If you look at the risk factor, investing in a casino is much more realistic than just being a gambler who only hopes to win from luck alone. And it's also true that before jumping into choosing an investment there, of course you have to do a screening first. Don't just invest straight away without knowing which casino we are investing in. Instead of wanting to get passive profits, it could actually be a bomberang for ourselves. because without proper analysis, the casino we choose could just disappear along with the money we invested. and I don't think there is such a thing as a casino going bankrupt.


It would be better if you realized defeat and accepted it then took a break from the game. assuming the loss is a loan which will later be returned if in the next round you get the jackpot. it's more about lying to yourself and not wanting to accept defeat. just more to calm down for a moment. Yes, it could be said to be a calmer for the frustration that is actually being experienced.

It is true that you say the money for gambling should be outside of daily needs or basic needs, do not gamble by using funds that have been set to be used as needs or other things, when we have more money then it doesn't matter, but when we are mediocre we should not force ourselves to gamble, even if we use reserve funds.

Cold money can helps them to reduce the risk of losing the money but not many people can realizes about that. They are eager to use more money to investing but don't realizes about the risks that can becomes big. I also agree with your thoughts. there is no need to deceive yourself from the reality of gambling losses. it would be better to accept whatever the result is, even if it is a defeat. That's why I also often say to gamble using cold money and a small portion of income so that if you lose that money it doesn't affect our psychology.

I don't agree with gambling using spare money. because the reserve money will still be used someday. Money for gambling should be outside of daily necessities, emergency money or reserve money.
To minimize mental and financial health risks, it is better to only use 1-5% of your main income, where the percentage of this income has been mapped out for needs, emergency money and reserves.

That's right, everything that we do has it's own risk but not that risky when it comes to gambling because in gambling, once we put our money in a bet, there's no turning back, you need ti accept what will next thing to happen on your money. When doing gambling, it's highly advisable to only use the money you can afford to lose, meaning we should only use spare money in gambling and stick to that perspective because if you're going to use money that isn't for gambling then it may possibly results bigger problem in your finances.

Indeed, everything has its own risks, including investment. However, the risk is much smaller than thinking that the losses you have received are just borrowed by the casino temporarily until we can take the money when we get a jackpot or win.
