If a gambler loses his entire salary to gambling, he clearly has a problem. No responsible gambler would do that because he understands the risks of gambling.

In fact, you can get rid of any addiction, but you must first realize that you have a problem and only then look for ways to solve it. Most addicted people do not realize that they have some problems, or are afraid to admit it because of condemnation by other people.

You might actually have a point but do you think engaging in positive activities and finding other means of income is enough to stop compulsive or addictive gambling??..Then why are there medical doctors,  engineers and people with professional careers still gambling knowing fully well that they don't need to gamble to make money, instead they throw their monthly income on gambling... Getting out of this lifestyle isn't as easy as you think, not saying it's impossible but it takes a lot of discipline and self restriction to do this.. getting a job or doing other activities isn't enough to help quit gambling

When we are chasing losses, it is good we do it in a way that is not obvious and make us desperate to get our money back. There are professional gamblers that could chase losing winning losing more money. It is only newbies that will be so eagered and desperate to get their funds back even it the possibility might be slim. I will not advise any gambler to always chase their loses because this might become a trap for us to lose more money in the market. If we really want to be making profits from gambling, it is good we learn from the best or subscribe to channels or communities we can be getting update that will increase our chances of making money.

That is the most wrong, not a few people have the goal that they want to get money from gambling, they want to multiply the money from gambling, like an investment, and when they win they feel that they are not enough to take the money which in the end turns into a loss and get nothing.

If you want to be more simple, then when someone has the thought of wanting to get money from gambling, then in my opinion there he must gamble, because that will be the beginning of his own destruction, no matter how good emotional and financial management and have a responsible nature, if you have such an orientation of financial gain in gambling, I personally do not recommend gambling.

I agree with you. I think greed is when you want to get more than what you have got for now. And if you lose and you want to chase your losses then I think it is more appropriate to call it addiction and poor emotional management. Usually people like that are those who think that gambling can give them money and their motivation to gamble is to get rich. This is totally wrong thinking. Gambling is a game and it is just for fun. And you have to pay to get that fun.
That is why it is very difficult to find responsible gamblers because most gamblers will have a ruined life if they cannot manage their emotions.

Knowing how devastating this is will lead us to think we should let it go rather than keep it inside. Understanding the situation will make us aware that greed and chasing never give us the benefit we want, but the negative one.

It is not difficult for those gamblers who just think about enjoying themselves while gambling to control their emotions and greed. But those who are always in the hope of winning will certainly be affected too much and suffer the most.

Gambling should not be taken seriously, nor should we think it will be our resource, because this will drive our minds to think that it will solve our financial problems, which it absolutely does not.

You are right that it is impossible to make 50$ to 4500$ so fast in sports gambling. The chances of you losing money in sports gambling are somewhat less, and the chances of winning large amounts of money are also less.

However, if I can make $500 gambling with $50, I'll consider myself lucky. And on that day I will turn off the gambling and party with my friends. But I don't know why my friend won't stop gambling even after earning $4500. Perhaps he had become more greedy. And thought that since his fortune was so good, he would be able to earn more. Maybe that's what happened. That's why at the end of the day he lost all the money. We should never be greedy.

You said it right. Most people lose more money gambling than they make. And for this reason alone we should be very careful about spending money. You are right so that is what we should do while we playing gambling without having intention to chase the win. We know that playing gambling is difficult to win so we just need to enjoy our time to playing gambling and we must remember to stops gambling. When you have spare time, it is better to use other activities to spends your time and not playing gambling too often to prevents the lose of your money and the other things.

So when you are not gambling, you can do other things to prevents your minds thinks about gambling. Besides that, you must balance your life between gambling and other activities so your minds will not thinks about gambling too often. If you can do other things besides of gambling, that will helps you to prevents the will of playing gambling so you will not playing gambling too often because you have other things.

We don't have a big chance to make money from gambling so we must understand that we can only use gambling for having fun. If we don't playing gambling, we can do other activities to distract our minds thinks about gambling so we can prevents the lose of the money. If we can practice this many times, we will not attract to gambling because we know that playing gambling have risks.

We don't want to see the risks becomes big so we must prevents the lose not turn bigger. We must prevents our minds thinks about gambling so there will be no intention of playing gambling especially when we have other things to do. If gambler can make money from gambling, that will be his luck because many gambler lose their money in gambling. Even if they add more money, they will not have a guarantee to win so they must understand that gambling is not for make money. Loss is a loss, and it shouldn't provoke any bad emotions for a gambler who is at peace with himself, even if he doesn't have good money and uses some spare funds to have some fun. It's essential to stay patient and disciplined, but entertainment, in my opinion, should be the first priority first and foremost. If you go into the games trying to make a fortune to pay out the bills or re-win what you lost, you just don't have any chances to succeed, your emotions will drive your actions and that doesn't end well in any story.

The gambling should be considered as the entertainment,So the gamblers can easy make money in the gambling.The stress free game or business alone make it successful.Many experienced gamblers will play the game without any expectation of dollars as return for their game.The important one in the gambling was you should have backup dollars to recover the previous loss in the gambling,but the game with the loan money will make you loss the money again in the gambling site.

That is what people still don't understand there is no way you could have more numbers of winning than losing but they just choose to ignore the losses and give themselves more hope that are going to win, and if it is about gambling there is not certain, you will only get to smile once in a while from gambling, and if it about the aim of recovering the money you have lost then the person should get ready to lose more money, how is that possible getting back what you have lost its just as if you want to pack water that is already on the floor its impossible and if you lose money its your choice to adjust or not.


They won't want to stop or even listen to you we keep having the same problem with those who are addicted because they have refused to listen to those giving them advice if gambling is not in your favor you should just quit but they won't even listen they will continue to gamble until they get tired of the whole thing, very simple have self-control you must not gamble every day that energy of gambling every day should be channel into doing another thing,  the moment you can control your self everything is then settled because you won't push your self to gambling, it shows how important gambling is.

There are about three times that I can never advice anybody to gamble.We are aware that gambling normally has a way of getting into our emotions whether you like it or not, Gambling must be taking with caution,and it must be followed carefully,else,it has the ability to wreck your life.
Therefore, because of all these,I have known the best time to gamble,and the worst time to gamble.The worst time to gamble are:
1-it isn't good to gamble when you are angry.
2-Its isn't good to gamble when your mind is on another thing.
3-If isn't good to gamble with pressure.
This and many more are the times I know it isn't good to gamble.

Honestly, it is very important for us to know when we are not expected to gamble, because there could be some vital reasons in which may back this up and everything will still point in our own favour at the end, we have to know more about the way we are expected to gamble as well as when we should not gamble for some specific reasons, a good example is at work place, inasmuch as we know the right thing and still go after doing same, we are gong to have no issue concerning the pattern of of lifestyle in gambling.

Apart from emotions, I think the most influencing factor for a gambler to apply greed in their gambling session is because of the increase in confidence and hope in their mind which usually happens in a winning situation, the mistake is that they are too ambitious in responding to the victory so that it triggers an increase in dopamine levels in the brain and makes them take much more aggressive or risky actions without any hesitation at all.

Another thing, of course, I think I will also agree with you that chasing losses is not an action based on greed, it is more directed at the inability to accept the fact of previous defeats where most likely as you said that they gamble by betting an amount of money that they cannot afford to be responsible for.
We must understand that greed and chasing losses are two different things, but the impact is almost the same, namely it can lead someone to a situation of significant regret and lead them to a situation of losing a larger amount.

That’s the big mistake some peoples are talking when coming to gamble if not how can someone using his last card from his account and use it for to gamble just because is in needed of money urgently. Honestly is not good I deal for them, because a moment he take the last amount he have in his account it can definitely bring more problems that him didn’t even expect on his life.

Those that pursuing a gambling there lose always bigger than others that didn’t take there own very seriously because the way their pursuing their money they will go and stakes the amount of money that didn’t take decisions, some will be losing much of their money in gambling and they will continue pursuing in to gambling even thought they didn’t achieve any goals they will still keep it up; that is what is leading some people’s become an addicted in gambling.

So it is important to control it, greed comes from your emotions, which will make you constantly want more than what you have won.

But I don't agree that chasing losses is greed, it's a different context in my opinion, it shows more that people are in addiction, or he wants to get money back because he used money that he couldn't lose in gambling, so he is chasing money that has been lost.
