I don't think every ICO project fails because of a lack of funds because they don't actually need such high ICO funds to run ICO projects or build products.

People do not want to invest in ICOs anymore, because no ICO can give your profit, due to such market conditions. I strongly hope, that after the red times are going to end, we will see another wave of hype around crypto.

I appreciate your positive view about cryptocurrency. I am also a crypto investor. But sadly what I am seeing the trend of the market is most coins have not started doing what they are established for. I think they are just engaging in collecting money or something else like speculation game. Thus as a result, the market is highly unstable. One thing the crypto market should take in mind is that coins should start implementing what they are established for instead of engaging in a game to attract only investors.
No doubt, there're many good projects which now are implementing plans, and we'll see the fruits of their work in the economic sector or in daily life in 2-3 years. We have to wait to see the results!
They are waiting for the better market conditions, because the times are very hard to gain profit. There is almost no ICOs that are giving profit and altcoins are constantly falling down. When the market recovers they will come back.
