With a brilliant idea, the right route is a mix of VC and ICO.
I think not all ICOs are fraudulent, there must still be some who don't. and if you choose wisely, you can still get good profits from them. Or in the future. and the important role played by the promotion of their competent ideas. That is, everything depends on the team, they have to take care of marketing. Because the idea of a project can be interesting, but because of bad marketing it won't collect enough money for promotion.
many investors and many ico program, many and various types of ico. all ico maybe also have a good concept, but investors can find a very good ico that we maybe not know, ico who has a good concept maybe not necessarily benefit investors later. investors are looking for ico who maybe have reached the softcap, even though the ico concept is not very good, but the tokens they sell is sold.
Indeed, there are many projects that are stuck or fail and also not many investors are involved in a project, perhaps because market conditions such as the current one that affect all, even the team involved in a project is not active in working on the project so many projects fail or jammed, hopefully in the future there will be improvements and everything will run smoothly

Why were you looking for the investors, we also able to become an investors. Everyone can become an investors, we can't just say that only people who has a big fortune that can become and investors.And the reason that the investors not showing could be perhaps because of they are afraid of loosing in this bear market

alot investor was traumatic about ICO, they don't care ICO anymore. developer must be change stategic to get new investor to them project. and to be good developer and dont sell them coin first before investor sold out them.
now, due to the fall of the market, new ICO projects do not bring profit to their investors, so the number of investors has decreased. and I believe that if the leaders of new ICO projects would be confident in the success of their projects, then nothing would prevent them from entering the market, but while all new ICO do not show their success and the price of new coins also falls, which means that the project is unpromising.
Trust me, due to the high level of scam project here and there many investors are now careful with the kind of ICO they join. They try their maximum best to protect the monies they invest in ICO's since once lost can't be regained.

Sometimes a project can be really good, but it doesn't have enough marketing to catch the eyes of new investors, that's why bounty hunters are so important, because it's your responsibility to try to gather enough investors for the ICO to succeed, so we can all benefit.

I don't think this is it. What I think is many investors lost money investing in bad startups and they lost interest to invest in more ICOs. Many have seen it as invest and become rich, lived in dreams for some time and eventually they woke up and realized crypto isn't get rich over night and they left this market.

In this market, no matter how cool the idea of the ICO project was, people will be afraid to invest in it, or the amount of fees will be several times less than expected
