I feel that if this is not the right time to invest, all my assets go down, I don't think about increasing my investment. maybe investors also think like me. so investors seem to be declining but actually they are waiting better than now because they do not want to invest in markets that are still like this where there are a lot of fraudulent ICOs and prices that are difficult to rise.
It is too risky for investors to come into the cryptocurrency market as it goes on falling for more than 10 month already. I think they are waiting for the stabilization of the prices.
maybe in conditions and situations like today many investors are just waiting patiently until all have increased and of course investors will return to invest in the most important beliefs and patience for now

It seems to me that the bad situation in the cryptocurrency market is not only because of the large number of scams, but also because of the poor state of the cryptocurrency market. It is not profitable to invest in projects when it is impossible to determine their prospects.

I think that the developers of new projects should be with money in the beginning now. The agiotage time has come to an end. Now even interesting and promising projects fail.
There are so many factors investors consider before investing , most especially those who understand the nitty gritty of investment. Despite the failure of some ICOs, including those with so called good concepts, some are have succeed and there are some on the verge of success.
I think with the current situation ICO projects as you say, the idea of DAICO or the idea of project management ICO projects such as W12 is a good choice.
Investors are just analyzing about crypto what it comes next to there strategies to avoid those risks ,they just put aside to there wallets in and if they decided to go then the it comes to a good result.
they just became more carefully, as ICOs didn`t meet softcap or have very low price after listing, also there are lots of scum, they are still here but work carefully

Investors have decided to be temporarily out of cryptoinvestment at this moment due to the negative market scenario. Since the market value of the cryptos are continuously falling this year, same thing happens with the outcome of the projects resulting to huge profit loss for the investors and as well as bounty participants. Hence, we cannot blame them for doing so but rather to wait for things to be positive along with them. 
You shouldn't ask where the investors are, but what you have to ask is why should it be with the ICO?

But, at this stage, they do not trust the market because it does not grow, after this massive correction, I think they will start to buy again
and that would be the time we will growth again.

I think the investors were a little bit afraid and I cant blame them. The market right now is low for a while. With the better promotion and promise I think the investors will come back and I think that would be for the best. We just need to be patient and sometimes the ICO team must do something about it

But the thing is, is it really that useful or worth the demand for the investors? If it really were a promising project then investors would flock on them like birds immediately. The project failed to market the usefulness and the features associated with their product that's why the investors aren't lost but they aren't just interested.

ICO's are failing maybe because they are not good for promoting it. They need to be more productive for them to be successful. I think they are luck also in some training ot knowledge for them to have a good promotions. ICO's are not always success so we must accept the fact that there are always who fails and not. That is life all about. Investors should also not just to invest, they just need to have a good knowledge so they will not lose their investments.
If the project is in the ico state, there is no anything can the team do, except believe on their working product and its features and just let the investors bite and make investments on it. Some of the ico project that didn't even reach the sofcap are planning to extend their sale, just to met the softcap.
Investors will certainly always be there, but for now investors in an ico are indeed reduced, maybe they are worried that they will not get maximum results if they will invest in ico for now considering the unstable market conditions

A lot of factors come to play for a project to be success. Funds play a key role but that is not the only player. Before a project becomes successful, it must possess well experienced team with advisors and marketers capable of taking the product to the people and drawing more investors to patronize it. Also, the product or idea must be one which is in demand especially on daily basis because investors must be sure that the project can survive for a very long time. Building a strong and supportive community is one of the key players. Supportive community do not dump the coin but rather create more awareness to grow the demand and value of the coin.
Well, i could say that investors are always there to support the project in terms of fundraising but they think the capability of development of the ICO's which is always concerned because it guarantee with less value after ends.
