None of the ICO in the recent days can be considered as good so that people are not ready to invest on it and the bear market make them to afraid of onvesting on the new crypto projects so we can see them only if the bull run begins.
All investors are in place, as they were. Now they just sit silently in their investments and buy some coins. I think everything will be fine, investors will still ebya show and in fact a lot of them! 
Investors are just cryptocurrency waiting for them to grow or cryptocurrency markets, and they are also waiting for a good Ico for investing in mother investments. they have become more intelligent today than last year of cryptocurrency.

Ico at the moment is not very popular due to the fact that the market is falling and few people invest in this direction , I think now the investor comes as volumes come ! 
Investing right now is too risky because the market is not yet clear, you can't predict and increase or decrease of prices, that's why investors are taking their time and wait for the right moment for investing, one other reason, is the scam. Nowadays there are a lot of ICO projects turned to be a scam project, It's really so bad to hear that, but we should also as a bitcoin community member to be more careful when we decide to invest, you should know that not all of ICO project are legit, some project is being so clean and trusted first and then they turned quickly and scam everyone.

Well, now bitcoin and Ethereum are falling , and few people hold these coins , I think that the ico is not particularly effective to invest since you can leave in a big minus , I think you need to wait for the bull market and then the ico will return

Some of them maybe more interested in buying cheap coins in the market so once it will start to rise, they can have a good profit.

The investor now is being careful not to invest in a scam ico. There are a lot of new ico's that offers different idea to the people. It's up to them how they will attract potential investor but being in a bad swing of market. It's kinda hard to find people to invest because in the past people are just putting money in icos and some of it does not know what they offer. If regulation starts kicking now we can see many investors that will flew it again in the crypto market but for now they are coming little by little again because if no investor invest in an ico. The company won't survive or start making a progress in their product.

ICOs are failing not because of lack of funding from investors but because of the type of ICOs being launched. Current ICOs have no defined main or purpose to help make the use of cryptocurrency normal to the ordinary man. Investors are interested in ICOs that they can make some profits out of it before they invest, if the ICO doesn't present this, why should they invest.... The sad fact is that a lot of ICOs are scams that negatively affect real, legitimate ICOs. In turn, potential investors tend to stay clear off of all ICOs, and the unfortunate circle continues.
Investors are now moving away from ICO investment due to the scam nature of recent ICOs. Most these ICOs do not have any working products backing their token or crypto coin. Investors are now into daily trading with crypto coins which have the potential of making them some reasonable profits than ICOs who will never list their coin.
