The law of the jungle is still in effect in the cryptocurrency market, when the strongest survive. Therefore, crypto project development teams are required to be diverse and professional. In addition, they should have thought out a development strategy and provide backup options for unforeseen events. In this case only, the funds of investors will be safe, and profits will constantly increase.
now the market is in a bad situation, i think many investors are reconsidering and also choosing to remain silent while waiting for more stable market conditions and of course they also know when is the right time to reinvest with the ico project.
the large number of investors who choose to delay investment because the market conditions which are still in a bearish influence do make many ico projects that have good concepts and have the potential to fail, investors are hesitant to re-invest now, but they will definitely return to investing when market conditions recover I am investing in ICO and very active in investing especially in the year 2017 where majority of ICO are legit, but now I'm on vacation and not looking back at ICO anymore after experiencing a lot of failed project and I'm not the only one same thing to other investors we all took a vacation.
I do not think ICOs are profitable. Recently, there are few projects that are traded above the ICO price. The majority is traded 50x-100x lower price. I can only make money with short-term trading.

ICO hype is gone for jarvis but not for a trusted project that verified by trusted platform like binance *lol you don't know the fact about that and you should not blindly about that. just try to visit binance and its launch pad and there was a lot of icos have raised a lot of money at this moment.

Investors are investing just that the period is not good to show off your wealth that's is why people are silent and expecting the bull run to come any time soon for them. Those projects that claim the have not reached their soft or hardcap is as a result of their project being similar to those of the existing ones.
The investors are not In observatory mode or totally hibernated after loosing money several times by crypto projects which hardly deliver whitepaper promises.
Nothing to worry about investors, they never gone anywhere, they are just waiting for market positive response.

I see that there are many ICOs that fail because of lack of funds even though the concept is good and potential, isn't it if the project is funded and realized the project will be successful and profitable for investors?
investors don't go anywhere, they just pay attention and also play it safe by buying and investing in coins that have been traded. I think investors at the moment are starting to disappear because the crypto hype has changed.

indeed, many investors have stopped investing in ICO because there are many investors who have been harmed because of the many fraudulent ICOs, so now many investors are returning to investing in bitcoin and altcoins instead of at ICO

Actually, there are still many good ICOs that can achieve success. But now many ICO has difficulty in raising funds. Now the decline in investor confidence has caused many ICOs to experience financial difficulties. We must be able to grow the interest of investors to invest again.

I think the issue here is the fact that most ico project are yet to fully get kick-started and it seems most of them have even abandon the roadmap and are still holding on to see how the market goes With so many investments elsewhere investors are now kind of cautious where the rest of their assets goes

It's not completely gone, when the market will be hype again it will come back. The timing now is just bad for ICO because people are still wary on the price of major coins, especially ETH that is the major currency used during ICO.
There is a decrease of successful ICO nowadays but we know this market won't stick with that only.
